• Location.

“Great value for the price, you couldn't ask for a better location, a few blocks away from the falls, and a few blocks away from the casino. There's a nice sports bar located in hotel. Will stay there again!”

• Near to all attractions, cheap and clean, friendly hotel staff.
• Shower needs a change, even the floor carpet is very old, no breakfast.

“This is the best, clean and bug free budget hotel in Niagara New York area. It is worth the money you spend to stay here. All attractions are in walkable distance. one bad thing though is they don't serve breakfast like other hotels. if you are thinking for cheap hotel to rest at night I would consider this one as the best.”

• It was very clean and within walking distance to attractions.
• Little parking/ under construction.

“The hotel was clean and quiet. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. They gave us maps of the area and told us the things we shouldn't miss seeing while we were there. The beds were comfortable and we had extra pillows.”

• Staff was friendly, knew the area well, answered all questions and very helpful with directions.

“Staff was great. The hotel is older and in need of updating/upgrading. It was under construction which we did not know about. Walls are thin. Room was basic, but clean. But, this did not affect our sleep. Breakfast had a reasonable selection, but the food was cold. Don't expect to be amazed by this hotel. It's simple, not romantic, but good enough to sleep for a night or two. Wouldn't want to spend a week there though.”

“The hotel was perfect for what we wanted. The pool and hot tub allowed us to relax. The room was fine for the one night we were staying. Very nice and helpful staff!”

• Clean, friendly, good location, nice lounge/bar.
• Parking was a little inconvenient.

“I will definitely recommend this to others and will most likely stay again. We are seniors but it was obvious that it was kid friendly. There were a lot of kids (Hockey tournament going on) and they were all well behaved and polite. Staff was all very friendly.”

• The room smelled clean without any cigarette smoke.
• The television had green spot on 25% of the picture.

“Short walk to the Falls. Parking is included with room rate. In the process of transitioning to new flat-screen televsions, so some rooms may have under-performing CRT sets with picture - quality issues.”

“We had a king bed, couch, refrigerator and microwave in a non smoking room. The bathroom was small but sufficient. I would stay there again if I visited the area again.”

• Very convenient to all attractions beds are comfy.
• Pool and hot tub needed some privacy it was like sitting in fish bowl restaurant had very limited menu.

• Parking was poor and so were bathrooms. I cut my finger with a shrapnel protruding from a shower knob.

“Very good location! Good value for money. Poor bathrooms. Poor parking. Very less space. I had to park in a deserted public parking 1 block away.”

• Close to the falls hotel was clean.

“Our stay overall was good.
TV remote batteries were networking. Asked for new ones waited a few hours asked again and was told they didn't have any. Asked again first thing in the morning and the front desk had some, was told they always have batteries and received sincere apology. Hotel was clean and is close to falls, casino, and boat ride.”

“This is a wonderful hotel, you can walk ever where. It is 3 blocks from Niagara. I hope to go there a gain some day. It is beautiful there. No body bother any body. The room was very clean.”

• The hotel was very close to Niagara Falls itself.
• Our air conditioning did not work. It took until 12:30 in the morning to get another room and they didn't want to get us one.

“The air conditioning did not work. They installed a brand new one, they said and it did not work. It took until 12:30 in the morning to get them to switch rooms. They said they were sold out, but they managed to find us a room. The trouble was, I believe, that they did not want to upgrade us in order to accommodate us.”

• There was no hot water in the room.

“The hotel smelled like cigarettes and there was no hot water in the room. The only nice thing about the hotel was that it was near the falls.”

• It was close to the falls. The restaurant dinner meals were great.
• It took us 1hour and 30 minutes to get into our room after riding for 4 hours.

“Over all it is a nice hotel for the price. Check in was horrible. We waited for an hour and a half just to get to our room only to find that they had put us in a smoking room when I specifically asked for non smoking. But they corrected their mistake. And the rest of the time there was ok.”

• The bar was nice with good food and it was convenient to the Canadian Border.
• Parking was not the greatest.
