“We have stayed there 3 times & my son & his wife come back & forth to Ohio quiet often & they have stayed there 19 times, need I say more.” May 28, 2008 by

“I got this hotel as a gift to my friends. They went into the room, it had 1 towel, washcloth and hand towel and 1 bar of soap. They called front desk and they did bring the other things to the room. Had coffee maker there, but no cups. They went out on Saturday, the room was not vacuumed, the toilet paper roll was not put on holder. Not a real positive experience!” Feb 21, 2008 by
Justin from Zanesville, OH
“I would not recommend anyone stay in this hotel. The heater in my room kept it at a wonderful 50 degrees so I had to sleep with a sweatshirt on. The bathroom was a mess the floor was falling apart and the shower looked as if it had never been cleaned. The same can be said about the front office. I used the restroom when I arrived before checking in and it was disgusting made it very obvious that there must have been a staff restroom. My other major complaint was that they didnt even bother cleaning off the sidewalks around the building. There had been a snow storm and the sidewalks were very icy as well as covered by a few inches of snow.” Feb 20, 2008 by

“I've never been so creeped out. I slept in my clothes and refused to walk around barefoot. The cleaning crew either made more stains on the bed clothes while we were out or else they changed our soiled sheets with sheets stained even worse. The settings on the room heater were non-operational; it was either 50 degrees with the fan on or 90 degrees with the heat on "low". The bathroom was stained from top to bottom.” Jan 30, 2008 by
Warren from Baltimore, MD
“Overall the hotel was close to the resort. I felt the room was okay, but it was just a simple hotel room. All I really needed was a place to sleep and this place was good enough.” Sep 19, 2007 by
Jami from London, KY
“We reserved the hotel for two nights. The first night we thought the room was nasty so we tried to cancel for the second night and they would not do it even though the policy is if you cancel before six you are not charged. So, we had to stay or lose our money. The owner was very rude and said they had already taken our money to the bank.” Aug 17, 2007 by
Michigan from Edwardsburg, MI
“The hotel was convenient to the turnpike and the lady who checked us in was very pleasant, however, the mattresses in both of our rooms were stained, the blankets were much worn, and the bath towels had long black hairs in them. We will not stay there again.” Jul 25, 2007 by
Gary from Dillsburg, PA
“Could be cleaner, staff was helpful, a little short on ice. Pool was closed on 1st day staff said they thought it was to cold.” Jan 31, 2007 by
Adam from Lodi, OH
“Every corner was cut to save the hotel money. I would never recommend this hotel or allow someone to pay money for it. The rooms were cold and did not warm up for at least an hour and then they were still not that warm. When we arrived, the clerk tried to charge me more money for having a guest that I said I had when I reserved. I would have paid more money to stay at a hotel that at least had heat.” Jul 9, 2006 by
Albert from Steubenville, OH
“Even though we arrived at 3:00 pm the room was not ready and we had to wait approximately 1 hour until the service was completed. while waiting for my room in the office, another traveler expressed his displeasure of his room not being ready. he said he had been in twice to check with no satisfaction. he also said he would no longer use knights inn when traveling. he left in a huff!” Jun 24, 2006 by

“We were here for two days. The toilet was backed up in our room upon check-in. We moved our things to another room. No help from the manager. The next day after a 60 mile bike ride we returned to the room to discover we did not get maid service. We complained to the manager who promised to at least bring us some fresh towels. He never did. I insisted upon and got hefty discount at check-out.” Jun 18, 2006 by
Kathy from Douglassville, PA
“From the first greeting at the registration desk to the minute the keys are turned in, Knight's Inn is a choice motel. Guests are made to feel welcome and important. ” Hotel Representatives:
