• The location was convenient and easy to find.
• Beds and pillows were not comfortable.

“We really only spent time sleeping there, so there is not much to say. The stairways smelled of stale cigarettes, but the hallway and room did not. The beds were small and not very comfortable.”

• Very friendly and accommodating staff.
• Close proximity to Turnpike makes it on the loud side.

“Very convenient location. Have stayed here before and both times the staff was very helpful. This time we switched out of a smoking room to a non-smoking one. The room seemed to be newer decorations wise than our previous stay.”

• Right off of the freeway.
• Older style and not very much for entertainment.

“Hotel was clean. Not on the higher end class of Holiday Inns. I would not recommend for families especially with all the great hotels out there with kids activities. You won't find that here, actually there is not very much in Somerset anyway.”

• Quiet. walking distance to restaurants.
• Cigarette smoke smell is pervasive outside lounge.

“Our only objection was that our room, while non-smoking, was near the bar/lounge, which was on fire, as near as I could tell. It is that wet-ashtray, cannot get out of the carpet type of smell. Fortunately, the room did not smell that way. I hope Pennsylvania passes a law banning smoking in public places; judging from the smell, they would lose some parking spaces to accommodate the smokers.”

• Beds were firm enough.
• The whole hotel smelled like smoke. No food on premises.

“No food available on the premises. The whole hotel smelled of smoke. No elevators, so have to climb stairs.”

• Limited on-site parking and difficult to navigate driveway.

• Convenient and simple.
• Room was clean and sufficient but hotel is much worn over all.

“Served the purpose for business ' but wouldnt stay with my wife on leisure. Halls and buildings stairwells were worn out. Room was clean. I was billed for 107.00 but only received a receipt for 87.00.”

• Convenient location right off turnpike and close to restaurants.
• The fitness facility was small and outdated. Pool was not yet open.

“This is a great hotel for families or business travelers passing through Somerset. It is convenient and clean, and the hotel staff is friendly and accommodating.”

• They offered without asking that we could store our motorcycles under the front door car park over night.
• Non-heated outdoor pool.

“Good food good beds clean rooms friendly staff, cold pool in July very motorcycle friendly.”

• The restaurant served a very good breakfast.
• Had to climb stairs with luggage because no elevator was available.

“This hotel is located right next to the PA Turnpike and it's about a 20 minute drive to reach the Flight 93 Memorial. The hotel is clean and moderately priced and has a good restaurant that features good food and friendly service.”
