• Close to the exit.
• Hotel bathroom not the cleanest.

“Pool area too cold and water too cold to swim in. Hot tub okay after a cold ski day.”

• Location very convenient, but dangerous to toll road exit.
• Internet access lost, staff tried to because us as to reason. Bathroom tile needed tilex.

“Staff did not know why internet access was down. I had to call provider and determine it was the router (I am computer tech). Bathroom tile had spotty mold. Wedding reception was very loud and people attending were too. Had 1 dead outlet in room, and it was the one for the switched light and next to the desk for the computer, asked for power strip to use with other outlet, never provided although was told they would. Oh yeah, the restaurant in the hotel was closed as well due to "unforeseen circumstances".”

• Good clean pool and hot tub.
• No continental breakfast.

“Was a very good place to stay while we went skiing nearby. They even have discount tickets for the ski lifts.”

• Location, location, location! Right off turnpike exit.
• A little run down. We arrived on a Friday night and they had a very loud band in the bar. Could be heard in the lobby and in the hallways.

“A little older and rundown, but clean and very convenient to the Pennsylvania turnpike -- it was only 50 yards from the turnpike exit. I guess we paid for that convenience, since the room and hotel facilities did not warrant the price.”

• Its location.
• The breakfast was appalling, dried out.

“We believe that the hotel clerk charged us again for a booking which your company had already charged us. There is a general run-down look about the place and local relatives told us the restaurant meals were very poor compared to the previous owners offerings.”

• Staff very wiling to accommodate our requests.
• It was a change over from a Ramada and wasn't totally updated.

• The location was perfect for what we were there to do.
• Restaurant was dirty, limited menu and the food was horrible.

“I would stay there again but wouldn't ever eat in the hotel. I was told they had a new chef and that the foods good. We have prepackaged meals heated up in the microwave. I've been around long enough to know what I was eating. The breakfast buffet was cold and tasteless.”

• The room was comfortable and very clean.
• The ice machine closest to my room was out of order.

“Very nice place to stay. My only complaint was noise from the hall was easily heard. People talking and walking/running down the hallway.”

• It was geographically convenient.
• The fact that no one bothered to check the room out properly before I checked in.

“Sorry but the dirty bathroom totally turn my off to this hotel.”

• I requested a cot and they didn't charge me.
• Check-in was at 3 pm. We got there at 8 pm and the room wasn't ready. Also, it took 40 minutes to check in.

“My family was on a ski trip and the hotel was a perfect location and good value for the money.”
