• The amenities provided for in the room fridge, microwave, coffee pot, iron, ironing board, blow dryer and breakfast.

“Nice clean hotel, helpful staff and good breakfast.”

• Friendly staff and service.
• Lots of smokers just outside the front entrance. Some were staff. Had to walk through the smoke to get in the building.

“Overall this hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. They served breakfast, which was good, simple fare, but the biscuits were cold. It was ideal for our short stay and the price. We will stay here the next time we are in Lynchburg.”

• Very friendly staff.
• Severely understaffed, rooms dirty.

“The staff was very nice, but there were far too few of them. Our room was still being cleaned when we arrived, long past check-in time. The next day, the cleaning job was very poor. The breakfast was okay, but the same person was answering the phone, operating the front desk, and stocking the breakfast area. Not a good value for the money.”

• Convenience to Outback Steakhouse and privacy of our room. Staff was very friendly and popcorn in lobby great idea.
• Too hot in hallways and lobby.

“A great location off the expressway route 29 and a nice quiet setting no one bothers you and staff is very friendly and competent. I love it that it is within walking distance to Outback steakhouse.”

• The hotel was clean and quiet as well as close to Liberty University.
• The train noise during the night.

“All the staff were quite nice. The room was comfortable and clean. Parking was well lit. Security was great.”

• The bed.
• Lack of food service.

“I stayed at this hotel when it was the Comfort Inn several years ago and now has it changed and not for the better. Its atmosphere sterile and its employees stoic and detached, was very discouraging to me since I once found it comfortable, with amenities, and the staff accommodating. It reminded me of a roadside motor inn. I was very disappointed.”
