• Room service was quick, the food was hot, not too expensive.
• The entire hotel was not very clean.

“Overall - OK - not very clean - priced higher than other hotels in the area. Business center was not very usable - old slow equipment.”

• Bathroom needs to be updated.

“Overall, the hotel appears to need updating, but was clean and convenient. The staff appeared well trained. Strong odor of smoke in the hallways. Our room was non-smoking and did not have an odor.”

• Friendliness, comfortable room.
• No security, people could walk off the street into any door and not be seen by staff.

“Door we used to enter from exterior into the interior smelled. Security was nil. Otherwise it was a nice place and I would go back and use it. Would like to see more security and locked outside doors.”

• Lack of cleanliness in room, towels.

“The entire experience at the Clarion was an unpleasant one, from the rudeness of the staff to the general rundown and unclean state of the place to stained towels to lack of even a simple continental breakfast. Do not use this location. Learned from locals after leaving that this motel is a common spot for drug deals to take place. If you need to stay in the area, spent a few dollars more and go to the Spring Hill Suites. We checked out of the Clarion after only one night, went to the Spring Hill Suites and were greatly satisfied.”

• Close to funeral home.
• Lower quality then we normally select.

“Good value for someone on a very tight budget. Nice people; but run-down area.”
