• The free beverages and snacks in the evening!
• The paper thin walls that I could hear everything that was happening in the next room.

“Overall, my stay with Drury Inn was a nice one. The issues I had for the most part was due to other patrons of the hotel and the staff was quick to handle the behavior. I was impressed with the speediness and professionalism with handling the disruptive individuals.”

• Location, proximity to restaurants, friendly staff.

“Good value for family traveling with a pet. It was welcoming to come in to a free happy hour that helped us unwind from our traveling day.”

• Free long distance, beds, and nearby most locations.
• Over-all look of room & lobby, slow check in process, more helpful staff.

“I was not impressed with the hotel. Although front desk was friendly, the process of check-in was slow. We went to our room, but they were still cleaning it. Once in the room, it felt cramped and muggy. It was a non-smoking room, but it smelt like it was smoking. The lamp still worked, but the bottom part was bent. Overall, I wasn't thrilled about the stay, and I wouldn't miss it either. ”

• The only good thing was the snacks and drinks.
• Everything from the staff to the rooms was terrible.

“From the minute I stepped into the hotel, I knew we were going to have problems. The people at the front desk were rude and couldn't find our reservations. It continued to go downhill from there once we got into our rooms. There were outdated and smelled of animals. I even found fleas in my carpet. The whole experience was terrible and I didn't feel safe staying there. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.”
