• Appearance.

• The shower was great.
• The room had no light in the bathroom.

“The rooms were dirty and the hotel staff were not friendly and accommodating. The first room they put us in had no light in the bathroom and the TV did not work. They then moved us to another room, but the hotel service did not come and clean the room or provide clean linens without being asked.”

• The location was convenient to where we needed to go.
• The sheets were dirty.

“We were very disappointed in our experience. The linens we were given were dirty. The room itself smelled of cigarette smoke although we requested a non-smoking room. The children's playground equipment was unsafe, and the noise level after dark was alarming. We expected a much different stay, given this was a national chain of hotels, and we will not be back. I have also, told many about our stay, and will continue to do so.”

• Convenient on the way home from where I traveled.
• The continental breakfast was not very fresh.
