• Great suite. Big room. Close to Downtown.

“Free parking. Free Wi-Fi. Free breakfast. Very modern hip lobby and room. 42" HDTV in room. Very nice living room area in room with large hip sofa, kitchen sink and mini fridge. Great shower nozzle pressure and hot water. AC is a window unit, so it was a little noisy. Staff was very friendly. Great food and drinks for sale at reception desk.”

• Nice staff.
• The magnetic keys REPEATEDLY failed to us & other guests.

“We had a total of about 25 different magnetic cards for the two rooms that we stayed. Sometimes they would work, sometimes they did not. Other guests in the hotel had the same problem. Some couldn't even enter the building through the back doors.”

“This was a nice hotel and a good value. We would stay here again with our kids, there is space for our two little ones. The beds are very comfortable. The continental breakfast was fine but other hotels nearby offer a free hot breakfast.”

• THe overall layout of the room was the best. I also had a great view.
• I didnt like having to leave so soon.

“The hotel was great. The room was spotless, the TV had the clearest picture, and the bathroom was perfect. The bed was completely comfortable for my partner and myself. The alarm clock was a complete plus. We had to use it to make sure we got up to make check out time. I will be using Priceline.com again.”

• Very chic and modern style with dependable and accessible technology options.
• Tap water wasn't great for drinking, but that's not the fault of the hotel.

“My stay was centered around a week long class. Hyatt Place was a wonderful homebase during that time. The suite was spacious, and very pleasantly appointed. I will definitely seek Hyatt Place locations on future travels.”

• Good sized room with many comforts complete with breakfast every day.
• Loved everything!

“The Hyatt actually rivaled the Kimber Hotel we stayed at in NYC Aug.15-19 for our son's wedding. The room size, the comfort, the amenities were wonderful. We hope to stay here every time we are in Greensboro on business (or leisure).”

• Self service capability, i.e., check-in, check-out.
• Room location was right next to the kitchen!

“This property was a bit different from other Hyatt properties in which I have stayed. The room was wonderful, spacious and the large. Flat screen TV, combined with a large place to work was terrific. I loved the separation of the sleeping area from the main living area. Beautiful, modern appointments and great coffee! Would highly recommend.”

• Excellent design and layout, loved the room configuration.

“Location a little hard to get to. Loved the decor, very up-to-date, the room layout was excellent, the 48" flat screen in the center of the room is very well placed. The room is definitely the product of hotel designers listening to the needs of the those who stay there.”

• Very limited continental breakfast.

“Upon arrival we were warmly greeted and given a quick, friendly, personal tour so that we would know where to find the work out room, elevators, ice machine, etc. and breakfast. The room was very clean with plenty of towels and pillows. We only stayed overnight, but would stay here again and for longer, anytime!”

• The decor of the room was nice, the flat screen HDTV was an unexpected nice feature.
• The shower head was loose, the towels were hard.

“The hotel was fine for a one night stay. The staff was challenged a bit with the computer at check-in, but I was patient. Location was great, room was spacious, on demand movies were a little pricey but for relaxing night in. Overall, it was what I needed.”

• The hallway on 6th floor was unattractive because the scuff guard was off the walls.

• Well designed rooms and attractive decor very upscale.
• Lack of good parking, slow elevators, walls under construction.

“High quality hotel, much improved over its Amerisuite Days. Interesting, attractive rooms, the couch is wonderful and the best TV/media options of any hotel chain. Charging for local calls seemed nickel and dime, and the room needed a microwave to go along with the small fridge there. Overall, an extremely good choice.”

• Construction in hallways. Wallpaper peeled back with drywall removed.

“I enjoy this hotel. This stay only had one issue. Work was being done in hallways. Wallpaper was peeled back; drywall was removed in 4'x3' sections with insulation visible. I enjoy the convenience of the hotel. I feel I am getting a good, comfortable room for the price.”

• The rooms were very nice and spacious with two beds and a separate TV area and pull out sofa.
• It was hard to turn into off a busy road.

• Hallway floors were dirty.

“This hotel seems to cater to business travelers, though my teenage daughter and I were very comfortable in it during our trip to visit colleges. A bonus was the very generous complimentary breakfast served in an attractive way. We also appreciated the free use of a public computer. Highly recommend this hotel!”

• Nice TV and bed. It felt like it must have been something else in an earlier life, however.
• Heating air conditioning unit looked ancient.

• We had to wait for more than two hours to get into our room because the computer system was down.

“This hotel was very nicely set up. Attractive lobby with a continental breakfast, very friendly staff and the room was well taken care of with a huge TV, refrigerator, free wireless Internet and a nice desk. The only issue we had was because of a computer being down it took us a long time (over 2 hours) late at night to get into our room.”
