• Clean, with good amenities.

“Hotel is clean and well maintained, with good amenities a business traveler would support: free internet, printer for air boarding passes, coin-operated laundry, free newspaper, etc.”

• The location for this hotel was amazing! Staff was great, too!
• A/C in our room was not working well.

“Traveling with 4 female adults, total. The hotel was great. Cute hot tub area. Too cold for the pool. A/C was on the fritz in our room, but the tiny balcony allowed us to open the door and enjoy some outdoor breeze. The location was the most amazing part of this hotel. Right off the interstate, very close to tons of restaurants and shopping. Many restaurants within walking distance (and trust me--that is not far for me!). Would highly recommend this hotel and will aim to stay here should I find myself in Greensboro again.”

• Room service was through a local restaurant. Reasonable prices and good.
• Bed was uncomfortable (too soft), linens did not fit properly and shower had mold spots.

• Friendly, helpful staff.
• The pool was outdoor, and therefore, not available until May.

“We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The place was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The two things I really wish had been included are a small, in-room refrigerator and an indoor pool. My daughter was so disappointed to be on Spring Break in North Carolina and to be unable to swim.”

• WiFi was limited to the lobby.

“This is a nice, clean older hotel (probably 25-30 years old) in very good physical condition. Common areas are quite small and cramped. Convenient and centrally located and close to various eateries. I'll stay again.”

• It was clean, spacious, just a great hotel.
• It did not have an indoor pool.

“The Marriot at the Courtyard is a great hotel. The breakfast was not included in the cost of the hotel but the food was good. I enjoyed myself and would return. If they would have had an indoor pool I would have been on cloud. I would definitely recommend this hotel!”

• Great location, staff was very accomodating, very comfortable rooms.
• At approximately 9:15 the coffee urn was empty we had to go to the hallway to get fresh coffee. Obviously it was not checked. Breakfast was delicious.

“Our son is a freshman at Greensboro college and we are from Fl. We will visit 2 to 3 times a year. So we will need a reliable hotel to stay at.”

• The location was excellent to shops and dining.

“This hotel is located in the middle of all the shopping you can stand, and situated in close proximity so many of your favorite dining spots. There was something for every budget all around.”

• No smoking was allowed anywhere in the building.
• I found the man who met me at the front desk to be rude.

• I was attracted because of the Marriott name.
• I had to sign a contract of behavior and I am 33 years old.

“Overall this hotel was used to having rowdy and distasteful guest and I hate I had to suffer because of it. I am very disappointed Marriott has not done anything to protect the customer who are actually looking for the comfortable and quiet stay. I hate that I had to sign a contract before checking in, on act that I would never participate in.”

• I loved the luxuriousness of the room, the decor, bedding, drapery and overall environment was simply upscale feel.
• No indoor pool.

“Very, very nice hotel. Close to everything and truly in a busy area with lots to keep you busy. However, if one chose to stay in, you could go to your room, close the curtains and simply forget where you are. It was very quiet and clean.”
