• Clean.

“Arrived late, without time for conflict over rooms, ask for 2 queen beds, got a King and a pull out sofa, needed sleep so had to settle for that. Breakfast was offered as hot. Long line both days, and slow service. Had to go out into town so wasted time. They were only reheating precooked eggs, and precooked bacon, and couldn't keep the stuff stocked. Juice machine needed refill. It's in a business location, Not a resort, so time was important to me and my party. Among a group of hotels, so in the future I will book a less expensive room and plan on eating out.”

• They offered free internet
  and printer and copy machine.
• The bed wasn't the most comfortable one.

“All in all it is a good hotel in a great location, I just really didn't enjoy the bed so much.”
