• The price was extremely high for the quality of the room.

“Service at the service desk was slow. Clearly, the hotel was gouging customers due to demand. It was an old hotel. The ceiling in the room had a water stain. Overall, I believe this was the worst hotel I've stayed in for the cost.”

• The staff was friendly and competent, the room comfortable and relaxing.
• Nothing.

“This hotel is nice. Not overly romantic but comfortable and relaxing which is exactly what we were looking for. Nicer than some places we have stayed.”

• Central location easy to get where I was going.
• I was not expecting a smoking room - but it was.

• Nothing but the kind woman at the pool whom I chatted.
• Smell of room, loud air conditioner, terrible customer service.

“They called 26 minutes prior to check out and then proceeded to have three sheriffs visit the hotel to ask why I was 15 minutes over the 12 noon checkout. the hotel was dirty and the staff was extremely inconsiderate. I felt as though I was in a bad scary movie.”

• The hotel was easy to find - directly off the major interstate. A nice outdoor pool as well as an indoor hot tub.
• Breakfast was okay, but nothing to brag about. I've had worse, but I've also had much better. For a two day stay, it was fine.

“Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Nice sitting area in the lobby. The outdoor pool was a nice bonus. There are not many hotels in Morgantown with outdoor pools. Although there is no restaurant associated with the hotel, there is one right next door for those who may not want to venture out into town. The continental breakfast was okay, but limited in choices. Good value for the money. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good value.”
