• The lobby clean and lovely.
• The room was not 2 star quality. There were no hangers in the room. They charge a fee for internet access.

• Location was good for us. Limited breakfast selection looked nice.
• Air conditioner noisy and blew cold air directly onto bed all night.

“Nice facility but our particular room (216) arranged in such a way that the heating/cooling unit was very close to the bed. As such, it blew cold air directly onto the bed and made comfortable sleep very difficult. Furthermore, unit was not only noisy but cycled on and off every 6 - 7 minutes thereby adding even more to the unpleasantness.”

• The kitchen was a plus, I walked to a nearby restaurant for lunch and was able to eat leftovers for dinner.
• There were no shampoo samples in the bathroom. I had left all my toiletries at my last destination. The front desk provides them.

“If looking for a hotel near the airport ($14 by cab) and want the comforts of a kitchen, this is a great stay for you. I had no car, but walked to the next door Ruby Red's for a meal. For a family it would be great, with washer dryer, exercise room, etc. The breakfast was skimpy, bagels and fruit, but appreciated. The front desk went out of their way to get me a cab service that was reliable and prompt.”

• The price is reasonable.
• We stayed there for 1 night. Our TV at our room was not working. We asked for replacement at our room. We waited 4 hours without replacement.

“You cannot expect a good customer service. It is a place to relax. We stayed for one night. TV was not working. We waited for 4 hours without replacement.”

• Not near the airport - $14 shuttle bus ride away!

“Clean, roomy, pleasant, very nice staff but when something is called an airport hotel, I expect it to be close to the airport and/or have a free shuttle bus, not a $14 ride away.”

“Although designed for the longer stay, this hotel is extremely conveniently located for air travel out of Greensboro airport. For our early morning flight, it took less than 20 mins to our airline check-in from the hotel room. And an excellent buys!”

• Meant for extended stay, seemed like a hassle for one night.

“It was nice, especially for the price that I got by price-lining it. Since it's an extended stay hotel, it was more than I needed for one night (kitchenette, etc), and they did not activate the phones since we were there for just one night. But that wasn't much of a problem since we didn't really need the phone. Only hassle had to go down to the lobby in order to request extra sheets for the fold out.”

• Roominess, clean and an excellent value.
• DVD player in room not connected and front desk was no help. No shampoo in bathroom. No ice machine on premises. No breakfast.

• Full kitchen with full size refrigerator.
• Breakfast was only bagels-nothing else, internet was added charge.

“It was a nice place to stay in a good area. It would be ideal for a business traveler. It was comfortable for just my 14 year old son and me. I enjoyed having the full kitchen.”

• Office closes at 11pm for check in. We arrived late after delayed flight.

“This was a comfortable room in a clean hotel. Very convenient to the Piedmont Triad Airport in Greensboro, NC. While it does not provide the extras of a daily hotel such as daily room service (it's an extended stay hotel) it nevertheless offers a traveler what he or she needs.”

• Spacious rooms, full kitchens, pullout sofas, windows with screens for fresh air.
• No glasses except in kitchen cabinets, and no detergent to wash them with.

“Everything was great except that the smoke detector started chirping every 10 seconds before dawn, and there was no one on staff to come and remove or replace the battery, which we could not figure out how to remove ourselves. So we lost two hours of sleep, which was unfortunate since we had a very busy day ahead of us. Turned out the detector was faulty. No one's fault, really, but a bummer nevertheless. Otherwise the room was great - no complaints.”

“Recently renovated, this hotel offers good quality for the money. It was easy to get to, and just down the road were a plethora of eateries. It seemed to only have one staff person, however, so whenever there was a problem (like our key didn't work, and neither did our TV remote), we'd have to go to the front desk.”

• The size of the room was roomy and controllable.
• They did not fresh up with clean towels everyday, they will only do this at an additional cost.

“Location to airport and restaurants was good, right off the interstate. Pleat of room for a family to stay in. The kitchen was clean and updated. They also provided a bagel, fruit and coffee in the morning. Washer and dryers where clean and worked very well. The pool area even had a grill so that you could cook outside it you choused to.”

• Did not like this hotel.
• Cheap, unattractive, no niceties (claims to be deluxe).

“This hotel should not be described as deluxe. It is bare bones with cheapest furniture available. Bed was not very comfortable. It did have a "kitchen", so this might be considered desirable for some travelers. Too much is included in a very small space. Wireless connection should be free. Ac/heat is right beside bed blowing directly in your face.”

“I was not aware that the office for these hotels closes at 11pm. I had a late flight and did not arrive prior to 11. Fortunately someone was willing to get up and come down to the office and let me in or my reservation would have been lost. This should have been communicated to me when that hotel was chosen for me. That is important information to pass along when a person is arriving on a late flight.”

• It was clean quiet efferent and week appointed.
• Doors locked at 11pm.

“I was very impressed for the rate I expected allot less, I was thrilled, the bed was clean and comfortable, even though I had some in room machine failures, the staff was quick to respond, very impressed the bathroom was efferent and that I had a mini kitchen was unexpected but very nice.”

• Good central location. Easy access to major highways. Many eating establishments nearby.
• Outside the window was roof of another part of the motel. Had to replace screen in frame. Had someone tried to enter through the window previously?

“Room was clean and comfortable. Suited our one night stay. Because of question 13, should have requested another room. Would have felt more comfortable/safe. Staff friendly. Central location was conducive to why we were there. Would consider staying here again.”
