• Clean, nice room, friendly staff.
• Hard to find, access from roads difficult.

“Very nice, clean, with helpful staff. A little difficult to find if you're driving there (I was not coming from the airport; it seems easier to get to from there.)”

• The beds were twin size and we would have liked the option of a king size bed, but they said there were not available.

• House keeping staff were friendly.
• Check in staff were NOT friendly. Never looked up. Three on desk only one was actually assisting guests.

“The room size was comfortable. Liked the extra sitting space. The sofa and chair were not comfortable. Spent more time on the bed sitting.”

• Plenty of Parking, Close to Dining, Mall, Highways.
• Bed was not very comfortable.

“New property, clean, with a decent breakfast buffet. Close (100 yds) to several dining establishments. Quiet rooms, and friendly staff.”

• Very nice and presents well especially the lobby.
• Needs better soap.

• Clean, with a good breakfast and very convenient location.
• The mattress in the room was uncomfortable (some springs poking through).

“This hotel is in a great location. Close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. The room and lobby were clean and the continental breakfast was good. The only drawback was the mattress in the room was old and uncomfortable.”

• Good location to mall and food.
• Beds were very hard and not worthy of a good nights sleep.

“The general location was good with access to food and shopping nearby. The room was roomy, but the bed was hard and felt as if it was on its last leg. This hotel bed was overdue for replacement.”

• Very family friendly wonderful pool and great free breakfast buffet.
• The sofa bed was uncomfortable for an adult and refrigerator was not cold enough.

“This is a great hotel to stay at with young children. The pool was clean and kept at a nice temperature, as well as reasonable hours for early risers and late travelers. The lobby is nice and the staff very helpful. Breakfast buffet is free and has plenty of variety. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Overall a great experience for my family. We have been at this hotel at the past and will return again. It is our favorite in the Roanoke area.”

• Right by highway and airport.

“This is a wonderful hotel for the Roanoke area Includes a buffet breakfast and an indoor pool, and is walking distance to the shopping mall and lots of restaurants.”

• Rooms were spacious and comfortable
• Did not get a receipt for stay. Said I paid online

“Amerisuites Roanoke was a 4 star hotel for a 2 star price. Rooms were spacious and clean. Very relaxing after a long day. Conveniently located near attractions and major shopping area.”

• Hot waffles at breakfast, the mini frig and close to the mall.
• To use high speed connection a $10 charge and data port was a .50 cents charge.

“It was clean, had a good selection for breakfast. The room was nice with dishes and a frig and microwave. It didn't have a Jacuzzi and a charge to use a data port or higher for high speed connection. They had a policy for linen and sheets for using more than one day but didn't always follow it. The same for soap and shampoo.”
