• Friendly staff, clean and
  indoor pool.
• They charged $10.00 a person for the breakfast.

“This hotel was very clean. Has a nice indoor pool area. The staff was very friendly. However, they charged $10.00 a person for the breakfast buffet. I was not happy about that. Even super 8 gives you a free bagel and some juice!”

• Room with a pull-out couch, allowing the kids more space to sleep.
• A room without 2 beds.

“The hotel was very nice. It was right off the expressway, but very welcoming and inviting. The room was neat and clean. The shower was wonderful, good pressure and hot water. It was a holiday weekend, but we would have been more comfortable as a family with young kids having a room with 2 beds. In the past, we've had no problem at other hotels getting 2 beds, but maybe supply was running short with so many travelers that weekend. Overall, a nice experience.”

• I really did not like anything about it.
• It was dirty. It was not maintained well.

“The hotel was in need of a lot of repair. It was very shabby. Of the three ice machines I went in search of, two of them were broken and not working. Everything was dirty. At breakfast time, we could not an empty table that was wiped off. My 85 year old mother just turned around and walked off and refused to eat there. I would never stay there again.”

• I liked the pool but it could have been bigger I liked the work out room as well.
• The fact that there was a cop out front of the hotel made me feel that the area was poor.

“We are always please to stay at Marriot property and this one was no exception. The common areas were inviting and the room was very quiet with great views of the surrounding mountains. We'd happily stay here again.”

• Beautiful rooms, nice soaps/shampoos, spacious, and clean bathrooms.
• The beds were hard, and I wish the pool was open later.

“I'm very satisfied with this hotel. I would stay here again. Next time I would like to try out the pool. It would be great if they extended the hours of the pool. The beds were hard, but for one or two nights, not bad.”

“I was very unhappy to find out upon my arrival that the front desk was not able to put me in a room with 2 beds. I have never ran into any problem with any other hotels that I have stayed at but this seemed to be a big issue this time. So we just stayed in the King Room.”

• Rooms were very spacious, very comfortable.
• Nothing about the hotel but I ordered pizza from Goodfellas and it said it would take 25 minutes and it took 1hr 30mins. and the pizza wasn't that good.

“Was very pleased and very surprised, I had a really enjoyable stay would recommend and go back. The room went far beyond my expectations.”

• Continental breakfast was not included.

“We just needed a bed to sleep in, so the cleanliness and convenience of this hotel was perfect for us. The bed was comfortable and the environment was quiet. We didn't get to take advantage of the indoor pool, but that was a plus for us. The only negative was that a continental breakfast wasn't included. Breakfast was a minimum $8.95 per person.”

“I was very impressed with this hotel. Seemed to be new. Granite countertops in the room. Very well appointed finishes. I was surprised that it was only a 2 1/2 star hotel.”

“We really liked this hotel. Relatively new in construction, the facilities were fresh and modern. The room furnishings themselves were of high quality, especially the bedding which included a quality mattress, upscale sheets and down comforter. Located just off the I-81 spur adjacent to the airport, we enjoyed easy access to our local stops and a surprisingly quiet (i.e. Aircraft noise) room. We would gladly stay here again.”

“The courtyard by Marriott is a very new hotel, and the rooms are nicely decorated and clean. The staff was very helpful, getting us a crib and sheets and even setting up the crib. The pool is nice, even if it is a little small and on the cool side. The only down side was the very hard mattress which made sleeping a little difficult. Maybe if you're used to a firm mattress, it would be ok.”
