• The staff was friendly and very helpful.
• Understandably a place for a short stop near the airport, but a picnic table and playground would would put it over the top!

“I drove up from Georgia to visit my son and catch one of his soccer games, close to the airport and shopping, convenient to downtown Roanoke, and a good price, we would definitely stay here again. For what's out there, this hotel was much nicer than one star!”

• Extra micro, frig, internet close to restaurant for breakfast.
• Used shampoo left in room, no continental breakfast, email not adequate.

“#14 doesn't reflect well on motel. These are very insufficient complaints. We were very satisfied with our room. It was what we expected. No serious complaints. Thanks.”

• Convenient.
• Light bulb missing form light and smoke detector hanging from ceiling by just its wires.

“Hotel was great place to stay over for the 2 nights we need to stay at while visiting around in Roanoke area. It had a waffle house restaurant beside which is open 24/7 and a Mexican restaurant across the road. In additional was very close to the Roanoke airport, shopping malls and other restaurants it is right off of interstate 581 South.”
