• Great hotel stay for staying near Pittsburgh airport. Best stay at airport we're ever had. Perfect for our needs overnight.

• Free breakfast and convenient laundry facilities.
• Dated TV and the rooms can be noisy.

“Nice hotel, convenient to the Robinson shopping area and about 10 minutes from the airport. I had a very short night there before flying out the following morning. The bed was fantastic and there was free WiFi in the room. Only complaints were the old
TV set and it was pretty noisy but neither of those are that big of a deal.”

• We liked the kitchen and dining counter. Excellent continental breakfast variety.
• It had a tub and shower. we prefer a walk in shower

  good breakfast buffet.
• Noisy air conditioner, bad TV.

“The room was spacious but offered only one queen size bed (not including a sleep sofa). Mattress was not firm enough. The TV was fuzzy and the sleep function did not work. The air handler was noisy. The guest amenities (soap, shampoo, etc) seemed skimpy. Towels and shower were good as were furnishings. The offered wake-up call did not happen.”

• Out of way not on main road. Had evening food and beverages a couple days.
• Bed too soft. Taxes too high. Extra for pet.

“Hotel was good. They changed 3rd floor room to 1st floor, very convent. kitchen had all hardware we needed. Staff were helpful and mindful.”

• The room was very spacious.

“Our room was huge. It came equipped with a refrigerator in the kitchen and a living area with a sofa. The breakfast was really good in the morning with lots of choices.”

“Clean and spacious sweet with everything needed (dishwasher, pots, pans, stove, microwave, etc.). Nice tennis court and pool (which we did not use). Friendly staff. Easy internet access. Very clean outdoor grounds. Much better than my experience with the Pittsburgh Hyatt (Airport).”

• Big room with full kitchen.
• Carpeting in hallways did have some major stains.

“Nice hotel. Aside from some stains on the carpeting it was fine. Huge room with comfortable bedding along with free high speed internet made for an enjoyable stay.”

• Room was large and well appointed; excellent breakfast.
• Noisy air conditioner and too soft mattress on a small queen size bed.

“The hotel is well designed. Pool, exercise room and breakfast area are easily accessible. I would recommend that guests get specific instructions to the hotel. I am familiar with Pittsburgh but had to ask a local how to get to the hotel. Even with specific directions, it is off the beaten path.”

• The breakfast buffet was unbelievably wonderful and I truly enjoyed the centralized pool & Jacuzzi area.
• The television inside the suite was awkwardly placed in between the living area & bedroom.

“The price, comfort, and location of this hotel was impeccable. I was extremely pleased with my stay and loved having a full kitchen along with an immaculate full breakfast buffet both mornings that was fully complementary! .”

• Nothing at all.
• Very Dishonest people.

“We were told many lies. first there was no double beds. Then the sofa bed was broke. After we complained, a roll away was provided even though someone was going to change us to a double bed room. ”

• I couldn't believe that the hotel had a fire place inside the room.
• I wish that the breakfast was open a little later during the week.

“I thought that this hotel was very nice for a 2 1/2 star. I couldn't believe that our room had a fireplace in it. I also liked that the room had a full kitchen. This room would be great for a family to stay in.”

• Rooms are large and clean. Plenty of room for a family.

“Nice morning breakfast. Friendly staff. Large clean room with a complete kitchen made traveling with a child very easy & comfortable. Close to IKEA & lots of shopping & restaurants. We highly recommend this hotel.”

• Great accommodations for comfort and convenience. Great buffet breakfast.

“Our stay at this motel was very pleasurable. As a convenience to us, we were allowed in our room a few hours before the usual check-in time of 3 P.M. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. In addition, the breakfast buffet was fantastic. The coffee was great (which is important to me). Thanks for making available this motel.”
