• Large room, 2 TV's, shopping center across street.
• Concierge not always available for tour information, etc.

• Rooms were nice.
• Hotel pool was not heated.

“The hotel was nice and clean, location was great and breakfast was great. My only problem was I searched for a hotel with a heated pool for my daughter. The pool was not heated and the reason was because it was summer, but the water was still extremely cold. They should state indoor pool is not heated in the summer.”

• The lunch buffet was horrible.

“Over-all great hotel for business trips. If you are going to the convention center, Embassy Suits has the best location. Rooms are nice and large. The lunch buffet was horrible, big turn off.”

• Real breakfast buffet, the large rooms with fridge, microwave and sofa.
• Nothing to complain about. Pricey but worth it.

“The atmosphere is wonderful! Beautiful foliage in the Atrium lounge complete with waterfalls, TV's, a bar and staff waiting to attend to your needs. The Tanger Outlet stores as well as other well known stores are within walking distance.”

• Hot tub and friendly service.
• We had a hard time finding seating for breakfast, but it was rush time. We got our food quickly, and staff was scrambling to help us as soon as a table.

“We had a fun one-day getaway. Clean. Friendly. The pool could've been a little warmer the first night, but the next morning, it was great.”

• We enjoyed the cocktail hour and the made to order breakfast availably, if we chose to use it.
• Convention center next door had event and used the hotel parking, thus leaving no room when we returned from evening out.

“We always like to stay at embassy suites. Would think twice about one next to convention center again. Event going on and those individuals spilled over to hotel parking and nothing was left for hotel guests. Staff was super friendly and room was very clean.”

• The suite was large and the breakfast was way above expectations.
• It seems a little like a convention center.

• The hotel was beautiful. I have stayed at the same hotel in Myrtle Beach; however, this one is much beautiful.
• Nothing.

“My husband and son enjoyed the stay also. The breakfast was outstanding a large variety. The only thing took me by surprise was the queen size bed. The size of the bed was more like a full size bed that was misleading. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will go back!”

• Free cocktail, and right next to the outlet mall.

“The hotel was very nice and clean. It was next to the outlet malls . I also like the fact that it was easy to get to in a hard city to find city.”

• Room was excellent and quiet.
• Plates on the breakfast buffet line were cold; that didn't go well with trying to keep eggs hot to eat.

• Pool and hot tub were great, great location.
• Really had to search for a parking space, very full.

“We enjoyed an outing for our family without having to travel more than a few miles. The service was excellent, the pool and hot tub (the reason we stayed in a hotel) were top notch, and the bonus of a fabulous breakfast buffet was a great last-minute surprise. We also enjoyed shopping right across the street at the tanger outlet. The staff was extremely pleasant, and made our short stay a blast!”

• Clean, friendly nice folks made me feel welcome.
• I hate florescent lights, they were in the bathroom and made me feel somewhat down.

• Excellent breakfast and prompt service.
• Directions to restaurant were incorrect.

“This hotel was conveniently located for traveling around the city and shopping. The suite was spacious for my family and the breakfast saved us $30-50 a day. The staff was friendly and courteous to us.”

• Convenient location to downtown, highway, Wal-Mart, and Sam's Club (across the road) without the traffic noise and headache.
• Nothing I didn't notice. Somebody was having a wedding at the time, but the noise was not their fault and was within reason.

“I usually don't travel very often, but this is one hotel I find worth staying if you are looking for a suite style room. These people really did their best to make your money worth it's value. To be honest, it was cheaper and less traffic aggravating than the Historic District. Make sure you stick around for breakfast (made to order omelet). I can still taste it after 3-4 days. Try the meat lovers or pepper jack. You will walk away with your belly full just from the omelet alone!”

• Friendly staff. I appreciated the free two hour "happy hour" and free full service breakfast.
• My suite smelled a bit like cigarette smoke, which I don't like.

“I would definitely stay there again. Great, comfortable and luxurious feeling suites. Friendly and helpful staff. I liked the free wine/spirits/hors drovers in the evening and free full breakfast in the morning, which really made the stay an incredible value.”
