• Location, cleanliness, comfort of bed and pillows and the wheel in shower.
• The distance of the accessible room from the entry.

“The room was perfect in every way and also the location of the hotel. I use a wheelchair and it was too far from the from door to our room. Either they should put accessible rooms closer or use another entry with a ramp and not steps. I didn't get to eat breakfast due to my schedule but it sure smelled delicious. I would return there without any doubt.”

• Rooms were immaculate and spacious.

“Location is easy to find and close to major shopping areas and airport. The staff was very friendly and professional. The complimentary breakfast was better than most with eggs, sausage, waffles as well as bread, muffins, bagels, hard boiled eggs, etc. The rooms were immaculate and spacious.”

• Staff helpful but almost talked you out of your concerns.

• The bed was very comfortable and the free coffee was good!
• Not much really.

• The hotel is close to shopping and food.
• The room was smaller than expected.

“The staff at this hotel is very friendly. They have a smile and are willing to go the extra mile to help you out. The only negative was the room size. For a suite hotel I was expecting that there would be more room than there was.”

• Clean. Things to do around the hotel.
• Would like to have had business office / Internet area to use.

“Everyone was friendly, this hotel was clean, pillows were soft, bed was the way I like it, almost as soft as my watered. As far as the hotel and room I enjoyed my stay. I did miss the part of not having Internet use for the traveler. I like when motels have a business area for travelers to use.”

• Rooms were nice and spacious - well laid out.
• We checked in at 3:00 AM and had the maid knocking on our door at 8:00am and walked into the room while we were trying to sleep.

“The hotel needs to let the maid service know when people check in late at night so they can sleep in the morning.”

• The cleanliness of the hotel and the over all decor- very updated. Nice exercise room as well!
• $20 charge that I do not know why it was applied.

“I was pleasantly surprised by how modern our room looked. I also enjoyed the current exercise equipment! The pool was a little chillier than I would have liked, but the hot tub was nice! I would recommend this place to others.”

• The size of the room with living area separate.
• Not a think I like it from check in to check out.

“Upon arrival we were tired and traveled with our 20 month old son. We were wonderful and they got us checked in right away so there was mo waiting and we were able to get setting in our huge room and then go down and enjoy a quick swim in the pool. We then had a wonderful and quiet sleep and woke up very refreshed for our travel the next day. I would recommend this hotel, to anyone who is traveling any looking for a nice night sleep in a clean any quiet hotel.”

• The location in a very diversified shopping area.
• We were put on the 3rd floor, but, that wasn't really that bad.

“The motel was neat, clean, and in a good location for what we wanted to do, shopping.”

• Spacious room that did not give you that cramped feeling we have experienced in other hotels.
• You could at times hear the guests in the adjoining room.

“Our experience at the hotel was above average. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful when asked questions. We enjoyed the room as well as the amenties it offered and will recommend hte hotel to friends.”
