• Good breakfast. The rooms have fireplaces. The bedding appeared clean with a sheet over the top of the comforter for cleanliness.
• No indoor pool or spa.

“Hotel staff was courteous. They ran out of some items during breakfast and there was still over an hour of breakfast time left. The bedding appeared clean. The pillows were down, I like that. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable.”

“This was my best hotel experience ever. Friendly neighbors and staff. Great hotel staff. Clean and spacious rooms. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Friends enjoyed playing basketball. Free extensive hot breakfast.”

• The room layout was very nice and comfortable
• Very family oriented staff and the htel itself was peaceful and felt like a home away from home

• Those tens just don't sum it up. Every employee was so friendly! And at such a great rate.
• It was out of the way for downtown Charleston and the beach, though it was right off I-26

“Every employee was so friendly, especially Mama who had little Gullah left in her. The breakfast was good and the room (studio) was very nice. They call it a kitchenette but it was as big as the one in my apartment. The Hotel helped us make it a great Labor Day weekend with my friends.”

• Everyone was very courteous and rooms w/kitchen & fireplace were exceptional.
• liked everything including free breakfast and light supper.

“We arrived and was promptly registered. We had a living room, kitchen and bedroom. Breakfast was exceptionally with a good variety of foods. Hotel was conviently located with pool and jacuzzi. The Hotel furnished uw with print outs that were ready of every place of interest we wanted to see. Directions were super. I can't say enough about the service and how friendly all the staff was.”

• The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was tasty and I enjoyed the fellowship with the hotel staff and guests. Mama is something else.
• I missed having grits with my sausage and eggs. You all also have a nice swimming pool.

“I thought the hotel was located in a nice area. We had many choice of restaurants to choose from. I also enjoyed shopping at the mall. The weight room was very nice too. Staying at the Residence Inn was like being at home. I don't have any regrets. My husband and I had a wonderful week-end. Thanks again”

• I liked the location for my needs in Charleston, first time stay in a Residence Inn and was very pleased with layout of studio

“Being a sales rep for 28 years I look for clean rooms to stay in, not to buy. I like the studio type rooms as this was. I like the smaller buildings with fewer rooms in each. The fireplace adds warmth to the room and the feeling of home. The personal in the office was very friendly and the breakfast was good.”

“The hotel staff was absolutely wonderful. Originally being from the south and uprooting to live in New York. It was so nice to encounter friendly and hospitable people. It makes me miss home that much more.”
