“The staff was overall the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered. One example. I arrived for an early check in (10:00 am) and because there were no rooms available on the 8th 0r 9th floor as I had requested, the desk clerk gave me a room on the 10th floor which is the concierge floor of this hotel.”

“The staff is excellent. The lobby, elevator and rooms are clean. They joined the 21st century and have excellent wireless. I actually want to stay here now! The people in the room before me left a breakfast tray in front of my door. I checked in at 1630. It was left at my door about 20 hours. Other than that, I now recommend this hotel. Even the kid driving the shuttle went above and beyond.”

• The restaurant had a great buffet breakfast, very fresh and tasty.
• Needed some tylenol and the store was closed and the front desk did not have any.

“The hotel was in a great location, right next to city place. The hotel had a free shuttle bus that ran every 15 minutes. The hotel was clean and friendly. Would love to stay at this hotel again.”

• The pool gate requires a key from the parking lot, but you can reach your hand over the gate and open it.

• Air conditioning vent was blowing directly on the bed with no way to change the vents; I had to cover them with a towel.

• The beds where very comfortable.
• Does not come with breakfast.

“I enjoyed my stay. The windows in the room looked they had been caulk be a two year old. They where testing the firm alarm while we where there even with these little things I still had a great stay. I am in town every other week end and might continue to stay here.”

• It was extremely well kept, the font desk staff was very helpful, and it was a wonderful place to stay if you enjoy being comfortable.
• It is somewhat confusing, how to get there, once off the highway.

“We had a room on the seventh floor with a king size bed; it was a beautiful entrance into the hotel,through the lobby. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. The room had a nice climate control ac unit and worked well.”

• The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Very spacious.
• The blackout curtains didn't close completely so it was bright in the morning.

“Beds were comfortable with a down comforter. Bathroom was roomy. The hotel's restaurant's menu seemed tasty. Staff was friendly and Club Safari is downstairs so if you want a good place to party without leaving your hotel this place works for you!”

“I usually stay closer to PBI but on this trip I decided to try Palm Beach Gardens. This Marriott looks newer and fresher than the one on Okeechobee. My only complaint is that wireless internet access is not free. This is the only hotel I have stayed in Palm Beach area that makes you pay for it.”

• Very far from all venues & beach. Need car.

“Excellent hotel; beautiful pool; spotlessly clean. Great resale shop in mostly vacant mall next door, brand new wool/cashmere spring coat for $35. However, this hotel is far from venues and beach; you need a car because shuttle to PBI is $35-$45 one-way. Not many restaurants within walking distance, but you can get pizza delivered to hotel.”

• The pool had too much chlorine and it caused a skin irritation on my son and actually faded my daughter's suit.

• Room should have been more modern with plasma TV, etc.

“Overall, great experience. One major incident happened. The chlorine level was too high in the pool and/or hot tub and it burned my husband and childs skin (5 years old). They both literally had chlorine spots on his swimwear and their swimwear was terribly faded after approximately 1 hour in the pool/hot tub. The hotel did reimburse us for the ruined swimwear; however, no dollar amount can be put on the health of your child.”

• Location. It is close to the beaches, city place, and freeway access.
• Nothing. We loved it.

“The location was the best for us. It is 3 blocks from the city place, a wonderful area for shopping and dining. It is close to the freeway and the beaches. The rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The pool and Jacuzzi were great.”

• The staff was fabulous, from the dining room to the front desk.

“The dining room manager stopped by each table to ensure all clients were happy & satisfied with their experience. Quality of food was a very pleasant surprise for a hotel. We would normally dine out over eating in a hotel's restaurant, but not in this case. Front desk staffs were extremely helpful and considerate. Lovely hotel with comfortable beds. Would stay here again.”

• Nice Hotel - Horrible management and treatment.
• Kids Partying in the hall until 4:30 in the morning. Hotel staff very unresponsive and unapologetic.

“The hotel is very nice. The hotel had booked in a group/party of young adults/teens and put us in a room on the same hallway. I checked in early so they could have placed me anywhere (i.e. not on that hall). These kids partied loudly in the hallway. I had to call several times, the last time at 4:00 am and it took them 30 minutes for them to get them out of the hall. We had to get up at 5:00 to catch a 7:00 flight. When I complained upon checkout, the manager at the desk did not even apologize! If you can't sleep, it doesn't matter how nice a hotel is.”

• I liked how there was a lot of room in the room.
• I was very un happy at the fact that I checked in at 1am and at 2 we had to move room because the first one was nasty there were hair every were.

“It was not to bad but I would never stay again due to the fact that on the towels there were black hair all over it, then when we look at the bed there were hair all over that then I called the front office to tell them and it took them over 15 minutes to get to my room so they then can tell me to switch rooms all I wanted to do was get there shower and go to sleep is that to much to ask.”

• Pool facility not appealing.

“The room was nothing special and, with a teenage child as a third occupant, was a bit cramped. The gym facilities were above average based on the rating, but that is about the only feature I can say stood out in a positive way.”

• The Manager made up for the huge mistake they made.
• We arrived late due to flights problems and they gave room away.

“We arrived late due to flights problems and even called to verify the room was waiting. Once we arrived the hotel staff let me know that there was not a room available and they were booked. Needless to say, we had to sleep elsewhere that night. The next morning, the Front Office Manager met us and he more than made up for the inconvenience and compared us admirably. Once that situation was taken care of, our stay at this hotel was great. Would def recommend it to anyone?”

• Heavenly mattress beds. Free shuttle (to the Yard house).
• I only needed to stay there one night.

“The beds were phenomenal - high praise for the heavenly mattress. The location was great and the staff was extremely helpful; they were definitely focused on providing the best service possible. The free shuttle to nearby restaurants was a great surprise, allowing me to save cab fare to and from the local Yard house (over 150 beers on tap - I highly recommend that place).”

• Entirely nonsmoking property, attractive pool area, bright and appealing decor, comfortable beds.
• Rooms are a bit small, pool needed skimming.

“This hotel is very conveniently located for shopping, restaurants, and movies (a theater is within walking distance), and it's only about 3-4 miles from Roger Dean Stadium (for baseball spring training). Unless you can afford to stay on Palm Beach Island, Palm Beach Gardens is the best place to stay in the area. This hotel has the comfortable new Marriott beds, and the rooms and public areas feature bright colorful decor. The business center had two computer terminals with free Internet access, which was a very helpful amenity. I liked the fact that the hotel is nonsmoking, but that unfortunately meant that smokers congregated around the front entrance and in the pool area. I wish that at least the pool area could also be made nonsmoking. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay and it was a super bargain for peak season in Palm Beach.”
