• There really wasn't anything I didn't like.

“We were going to a concert within that town. I went early and met my husband there. The bed was so comfortable that we kidded around today and said we are going to try and duplicate it in our bedroom with the same name mattress etc. They allowed us a two hour check out extension with no charge and the restaurant had a really really good Sunday brunch.”

• Upon arrival, the desk clerk wasn't listening when she asked about my room. It was corrected efficiently.

“We had a wonderful stay. It had a great view, the staff was very helpful whenever you asked a question, the pool was very inviting, the beds were extremely comfortable and the Hotel was close to places we needed to visit. I would highly recommend staying here. Thanks so much!”

• Bellmen and front desk were the best.
• Parking lot not convenient, with a couple parked cars you are quickly pushed pretty far from the entrance. Just didn't like the parking at all.

• It is a very busy place. Kind of like shopping at mall during X-Mas.

• Very clean appearance, professional staff.
• Blindsided by the cost of breakfast.

“The staff were extremely professional, parking was very convenient, and the location was right off I-95 next to the airport. The only downsides were the breakfast. Aside from those two, the Hilton is extremely clean, the staff is very courteous and professional, and they made our stay very comforting.”

“My husband needed surgery performed in West Palm Beach, Fl. This hotel was ideal for location and amenities. Everything was available and there was no need to search the area for a good restaurant, pleasant outside spaces or anything else you needed. We would definitely recommend staying at the Airport Hilton in West Palm Beach, Fl.”

• Great location. Hilton name.
• Hallways were out-dated and a little dirty, ok still though.

“This hotel it right near the hotel and 95, so it is a great location. If you don't mind the loud planes while you are at the pool it is a great place to stay. Hallways are a little outdated, but the rooms and lobby are nice. Great idea to have a tiki bar and dock on the little waterfront they have.”

• I really did not spend enough time there to offer productive comments.
• The valet took my keys while I checked in, then disappeared. I was in a hurry to unload luggage and car was locked.

“It seemed like a very nice hotel. However, I was only there for a short time so cannot offer an expert opinion. I had a loud neighbor at midnight and called the desk. They responded promptly and the neighbor turned off the stereo. Overall, I was very happy with my experience at the Tampa Sheraton River walk.”

• The general manager, assist managers, desk supervisors, maids who dont speak English; nasty food, dirty sheets, dust, lack of towels, dirty bathroom & carpet.

• The hotel was close to the airport and the shuttle runs every 30 minutes.
• There was a lot of noise in the hallway (people/elevator/ice machine) and it kept me awake.

• Because room services stopped serving before the stated time, staff provided some food without charge, but it was not something I would have ordered.
• Room service was supposed to be until midnight but stopped serving earlier.

“Location next to airport makes outdoor dining noisy. The location is not within walking distance of anything except the west palm beach airport. Pool is small but does have an adjacent bar and patio where you can order food.”

• Room was 708, which was located at the service elevator which was very loud.

“Hotel is excellent and I stay at the Hilton each time I travel to WPB. This is the first time I have had a bad room. Room was very nice but due to the service elevator it was somewhat annoying.”

“The location and the service was the best, and I travel around the state of Florida and other states, (about 65% of my job is travel). The rooms are clean and well kept, and everyone was willing to help in anyway they could, and they did it with a smile. I look forward to my return to west palm and to the Hilton.”
