• Human hair in the tub and corridors by the elevator needed fresh paint.

“Needs to concentrate on physical maintenance of minor but noticeable problems.”

• The staff was especially courteous and the hotel decor was nice.
• The only complaint was dirty elevators.

“I would recommend staying at this hotel to anybody. The hotel was nice and clean and the decor was very appealing. The staff was courteous and helpful and the landscaping was beautiful. I normally do not think of La Quinta Inn's when traveling but if I ever visit West Palm Beach again I will personally try to stay at this hotel again.”

• Business center with computer and printer open late, big clean room.

“This hotel provided us with a modern and clean. The staff was very helpful and I was able to use their business center computer and printer to get boarding passes.”

• Newly remodeled very nicely & good breakfast selection.
• Our room was very small & could only accommodate a queen size bed.

“We travel 2 or 3 times a month on business so we have particular requirements in a hotel. This hotel had everything we needed. Our room was very small but had a micro /fridge, new pillow top bed and all newly remodeled in sixties retro style. The continental breakfast was better than most with fruit salad, hot waffles and hard boiled eggs. There were 3 restaurants in walking distance which we consider a bonus.”

• I am having difficulty thinking of anything.
• I was first sent to an occupied room, then to a room that would not open and finally to a filthy, cramped smoking room.

“I would rate this hotel as the second-worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They could not get the simplest of services right. I specifically called and canceled a wake up call, only to have the phone ring anyway. Definitely one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.”

• They have signs that say it will be updated soon.
• It smelled. Room was supposedly non-smoking.

“Bedspread was torn. Arm of loveseat was black with dirt. Lid on toilet tank was broken (glued back together). Carpet was wet near window. it¿s the second worst room we have stayed in.”

• Absolutely nothing.
• Dirty, stained carpeting and upholstery Flip lock broken on door. Generally run down and seedy.

“This hotel is not a place I would EVER stay again. It is in need of a complete overhaul. Carpets and upholstery was stained and filthy. The coffee pot in the room had all the coffee "fixings" stuck in the filter section of pot. I would not even make coffee in that pot. As dirty as the rest of the place was, who knows what the person who put all that coffee stuff in there had touched before replenishing the coffee supplies. This hotel is not a hotel that should ever be recommended to anyone.”
