• Desk staff was friendly.
• Room carpet left our feet black, pool dirty, unusable.

“We checked into 1st room that smelled bad and the second room stunk of mildew and our white socks were black from walking on the carpet. The pool was dirty filled with bugs, not vacuumed and pool area was disgusting. Very unsatisfied - would never stay there or a La Quinta ever again - it ruined our vacation.”

• The hotel was not crowded or loud and the pool was a nice to sit by.
• I thought that it would be closer to the beach.

“The room was nice and the location was not bad, but from the hotel review it seemed closer to the beach than it actually was. The staff was nice and helpful with any questions that I had. A nice hotel for a quick stay but would not recommend it for more than a night or two.”

• Good location, well lit parking area.
• Poor bed, not comfortable.

• It was very clean and I very like it.
• The room was too small, they don't have baby crib (just play crib) and breakfast is too early (until 9.30).

• Location and breakfast.
• Room very dated.

“This la Quinta property is conveniently located in Jupiter but is not well run. Check in was very unprofessional: one front desk clerk was busy cashing out her drawer and the other was talking on the phone while checking us in. The process took too long. The room was not very nice.”

• Convenient and affordable.
• The smoke smell in the hall.

“I would return to this hotel. Friendly staff and pool and work out facility seemed small but hardly anyone used them. This is not a destination hotel, more like an affordable place to sleep and do day trips from. It is very close to the beach area. Literally minutes drive and a leisurely walk. (Maybe 20 mines.).”

• It was close to my son's wedding venue.
• Room was very small and cramped.

“I thought the cost of the hotel was very expensive for the size and amenities offered. It was hard to find tucked way back in a shopping center with a tiny sign. The hotel insisted the address was 34 fisherman's wharf, but no such address ever came up in any search of map sites. The actual address is 34 fisherman's way. Fisherman's Warf is the name of the shopping center.”

• The location was in an area of restaurants and movie theater.
• Sheet was not ironed but they were clean.

“Good location, friendly staff, attractive lobby and rooms. The pool was outside, and small. There was a scuba team there while we were there. We did not use the exercise fitness room due to time but would have otherwise. The breakfast area was clean and active with guests. We would stay there again.”

• The area surrounding the hotel is fantastic. The wireless internet worked well.
• It was poorly maintained in general. For the price I was surprised to see how poorly maintained.

“My wife and I were surprised by how poorly maintained the hotel was for the price paid for it. The air conditioner was falling out of the wall. The paint was peeling from the doors. The shower faucet came off in our hand. The air conditioners dripped water at the check in desks. My wife and I were disappointed.”

• Great that it was close to the beach.

“Jupiter is a great town this hotel is in the middle of shopping and restaurants. The best part is it so close to the beach.”

• The windows in the room opened so you could get a fresh air breeze.
• Smell of heavy chemicals used to wash carpet.

“The hotel was over developed which destroyed the natural beauty of the area.which was the whole reason to go there in the first place.it didn't seem to matter that it was built in a wetland area and destroyed the habitat of what was there.I didn't like it. It made me feel like nothing really matters but money.the almighty dollar.”

• The price was a little steep, but all South Florida hotels are expensive at this time.

• The staff was quite friendly and helpful. My room was not ready and they upgraded me to a King Suite.
• The room had the WORST mattress I have ever slept on in a hotel, no padding on the mattress at all and you could feel the springs.

“The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly. The halls did have a funky smell and the mattresses were horrible but it wasn't a big deal. Very close the beach and activities.”
