• The room was very attractive. Refrigerator and microwave was nice to have in the room.
• They didn't have a jacuzzi and the bathroom was very small.

“The hotel room was attractive to the eye as you walk into the room. The counter in the room hides the refrigerator and microwave, which gave a home feeling. I was only disappointed with the coffee maker in the bathroom, thought that was unsafe when they had room on the counter above the fridge and microwave. I couldn't find an ice machine on the 1st floor, and after driving 3 hours, I had to climb steps to one. There was alot of hair over the walls and in the tub, so when I took a shower it was uncomfortable.”

• The room was ready when I got there.
• Everything! The rudest most inconsiderate staff and Management ever dealt with!

“The staff at this hotel where the rudest most inconsiderate people I have ever dealt with at a hotel in my entire life. Respect is the most important thing to me when I stay in a hotel for a business trip. Here you will find none. The location is not what they make it out to be, be careful after dark it's a different place. Don't wast your money! Never again.”

• Front desk was friendly, breakfast good. Clean and convenient.
• I was close to ice machine because I am disabled and this was the only disabled room. I would never stay near vending machines if I can help it.

“Hotel was neat clean and visitor friendly. The continental breakfast, which is free, had many choices. The front desk was attentive and knowledgeable of area.”

• Pretty inside, clean, nice courtyard!
• In a strip smallish area, functional but not very romantic.

“Totally functional, especially given how expensive WPB is, but nothing special.”

• Great pool area.
• Breakfast area small.

“Room was clean and had all the basic amenities, but nothing special. Free wireless internet connection was spotty. We stayed on the 2nd level towards the back. A great feature was the pool area with plenty of area to relax in the sun or in the shade. Free breakfast was nothing special just what you would expect of a continental breakfast.”

• The front desk staff was great. Nice to have a computer at the front desk for quick use by guests.
• The room was dingy. Bathroom faucet dripped all night. Beds seemed old.

“This is a good hotel if you just need a place to crash for the night. The room was okay, I suppose, but nothing like the other local hotels I got for the same price (100 bucks) the week before. Location was good for getting out to appointments. Front desk”

• Clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.
• Location could be better.

“The hotel was good for what my stay was about. I needed a room for me and my spouse because we had a business trip, it wasn't for pleasure, but if it had been, you might have still got our business. Thanks for your kindness, see you soon.”

• Excellent location. Nearby mall and target and restaurants.
• Their were very few if any connecting room so for a large family it was not easy to check on the kids.

“This hotel is in an excellent location and the rooms in the main lobby building are okay, but the rooms in the adjacent buildings need updating and upgrading. If you have a choice ask for a room in the same building as the lobby.”

• Nice complimentary continental breakfast. Hotel damaged a bit by Katrina.
• A bit worn on walkways and pool but otherwise clean.

“Very near and convenient to I-95 to be able to get to Miami Beach and other points.”

• Great central location for west Palm Beach area.
• No housekeeping staff on duty after 4pm. We had to beg for extra towels, roll-away bed, pillow.

“Clean, central location. Near I-95. Great for business travelers. Restaurants within a couple miles. Microwave and small fridge in rooms.”

• It was in a bad part of town.

“It was clean but we never got fresh towels and we did not see any of the staff except on check in.”
