• Clean, helpful, location.
• No ice machine, had to make ice in 2 little trays. Beds were too hard.

• Fairly convenient location.
• No internet connection, poor service, insects in room.

“Was told there was wireless internet, it wasn't working, front office was no help. They had no idea. Insects such as ants and roaches were in the room.”

• It was on a lake, pretty view. Pets allowed.
• A little hard to find.

“This hotel had 1 queen bed, chair and footstool, kitchen table, kitchenette, and bathroom w/tub. Utensils, plates, sink, it was a little small but nice. Not vey old. No pool. Convenient location, although a little hard to find initially. No room service, but drinks/food available for purchase in lobby. 2-story. No elevator?”

• Nice and clean

“Sit in a quiet and nice location. Room is clean and roomy with a small kitchenette. Only a small bottle of dish washing detergent is needed.Good value for the price .”

• The room stunk and made me sick to my stomach.

“It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a hotel. They gave us a room that already belonged to someone else; wouldn't give us a nonsmoking room, and they had used some kind of cleaner that had a horrible smell and literally made me sick.”

• It was very quiet, facing a small lake, and a great value for what I paid.
• Attention to details in the room - lights next to the bed didn't work and no remote for TV.

“It's a little bit hard to find, but once you find it, it's in a great location with easy access to I-95, and between West Palm Beach and Ft. Lauderdale. The room was clean and functional.”

• Weird location (Industrial Park) ants in kitchen, no water glasses, 2 very small pillows.

• it was very close to the interstate and had a nice pond
• the area did seem a bit risky at night

“The room was very basic, but everything was clean and working. There was a refrigerator, stove and microwave. Checkout in and checkout was very simple and painless.”

• Kitchen good for extended stay. Staff was helpful.
• Little things wrong, remote worked poorly,a/c hard to work.

• The hotel met my expectation and there were no problems
• There were no amenities such as shampoo, etc.

“In order to mget room serviced you have to pay 10 per day more. This isnt told in info. Also we arrived late and had trouble getting our room.”

• No staff available after 9, A/C not functioning, no operator, no internet access.

“Upon arriving at the hotel at 9:20 the office door was locked and lights were out, not welcoming after a long journey. When the staff person finally arrived, after being called, he was unable to answer the simple question, "is there a hair dryer in the room." When I got into the room the A/C was broken but when I dialed "0" for guest services there was no answer. Consider this hotel is in Florida, not New England. When I attempted to use the advertised wireless internet access it required a password which was not provided, I again got no answer when i called "0." The wake up call failed to take into account daylight savings time. There was a coffee maker but they neglected to provide creamer. When I called at 8:30 AM to check-out there was again no answer at the front desk. ”

• Good price for 2 star hotel

“This hotel is hidden away in business park area so it is a bit tough to find. It is exactly what I would expect for a 2 star hotel - no unexpected problems but also not unexpected positive experiences!”
