• Convenient location.
• A surcharge of $25 a day for 2 double beds.

“The hotel clerk imposed a surcharge of $25 plus tax per day for switching from a king size bed to 2 double beds, even though the rooms are identical. There was no room upgrade. In addition, the refrigerator was very noisy and had to be switched off at night to eliminate the sleep disturbance.”

• Friendly staff, large room, kitchen.
• Dusty and not as clean as it could be.

“This hotel is pet friendly. That is nice if you have pets. It is not nice if you are allergic to pet dander. My wife is allergic to dogs and dust mites. If you have allergies, this is not a good hotel choice. Otherwise, it is - the rooms are large with kitchens and the hotel staff is very helpful and friendly.”

• The room was spacious, with a living room and bedroom combined. Nice kitchen. Good breakfast.
• We were told we would be given a quiet room. It overlooked a parking lot and railroad tracks.

“This is a well kept hotel and the grounds are nice, but there are many rooms that overlook the parking lots with no landscaping. We liked the decor, king bed, and living room/kitchen layout. Upon our request in checking in, we were told we would be given a quiet room. However, we ended up with one that overlooked the commuter railroad tracks and parking lot. I asked for a change of room every day for the first three days of our 5 night stay and no one ever followed through with it, even though we noticed there were plenty of more suitable empty rooms. There were a lot of one-night guests, and I felt that more should have been done to accommodate guests having a longer stay.”

• Nothing.
• Next to train tracks and freeway noise, location poor.

“Not a 3.5 star hotel. Location is very noisy and out of the way no shopping or walking distance entertainment. Pool and luxury facilities to far and out of the way. Not clean grounds, food terrible, mattress very uncomfortable. Smell from fireplace was noticeable.”

• Breakfast and it had a fireplace.
• Security at night did not stop a teenage party from disturbing the facility.

“Room smelled lightly of pets and my allergies began to act up. Had to go up two flights of stairs to get into room. However, it was very clean, nice bed, and super clean sheets. Great kitchen and even a fireplace to boot. No nighttime security to break up a teenage party looming in the parking lot when I came home at midnight? Superior breakfast!”

• This hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff was very courteous and the breakfasts were terrific.
• I liked everything.

• The breakfast was great, friendly staff.
• They need a bigger sign directing you to the hotel, and the noise from I 95 was bothersome.

“This hotel features all suites. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes, a real fridge and stove, and a microwave. The bed is extremely comfortable. The only downside is that you can hear the traffic coming off of I-95.”

“The free morning breakfast and the evening refreshments were a plus for my stay. The location was difficult to Navigate.”

• Room size, staff is helpful, location.
• Location, hard to find open parking spots late at night.

“Kind of hard to find the first time around but afterwards found it nice to be off of the main strip. Stayed there for an extended amount of time (2 months to be exact) and overall thought it was a nice place to stay away from home. I stayed on the second floor and was unable to open the balcony doors because the have to remain locked during hurricane season.”

• like a small village, pretty surroundings (lake)
• perfumey smell in room (cleaner? deoderizer?)

“Very difficult to find. When I called for directions I was told to make a right on Congress (from Linton) and then it was "immediately after I95." No mention that it was in the back of an office complex! Took stopping at several places to ask directions before I could find it!”
