• The staff
  is great, very informative and friendly.
• Sometimes smokers on the pool deck.

“I've stayed here twice now for about a week each time, and have no complaints at all. The rooms are well kept and the staff are very nice and helpful. If only it were a bit closer to the beach. I noticed that Southerners seemed to find the heated pool too chilly, but being from Canada and escaping a lot of snow, I found the high 70s water to be heavenly.”

• Hot chocolate chip cookies in the evening!
• Toiletries smelled funny.

“I was very impressed. Exceptional value for the price. Everything was top notch: breakfast was great, the fitness center well-appointed, the pools attractive and comfortable. It felt like we stayed at a much more expensive hotel because of the amenities and attentiveness of the staff. Of course the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies at night were the favorite for both my husband and kids! Thank you!”

• They had wonderful service, beautiful breakfast setup & very spacious.
• The maid simply washing the glasses instead of replacing them.

• Under construction.

“I was very surprised by this hotel and will definitely go back. The room was compact but had everything I could possibly want/need: a small dining area with refrigerator and microwave, TV area with a couch, and bed/bath that was very clean and comfortable. There were unexpected amenities: pool, exercise room, nice breakfast every morning. It was very conveniently located and the staff was very friendly and nice to my 5 year old. The upgrading construction was a minor issue that Ill overlook.”

“The hotel was very easy to reach from the main highway. It was a drive from the beach so may be more comfortable for a business rather than vacation traveler. Rooms were comfortable, attractive and clean.”

• Very friendly staff and very clean.
• My room was a little noisy, some kind of motor noise, though fairly quiet, was audible all night.

• Staff was very friendly and helpful.
• While diverse in choice, the breakfast items were just okay.

“This hotel surpassed my expectations. The staff was excellent and friendly and helpful in every way (which is not always the case in Boca). The rooms were very clean, and we received whatever we requested pretty much immediately. Very knowledgeable staff who take time to point you in the right direction (even if you have lots of questions).”

• Clean. This is paramount for me.
• See comments in box 15.

“Comments intended for box 14.when built, the plumbing should have been insulated better. I can handle hearing pipe noises from running water, shower, etc. But beyond that is where I draw the line. My one criticism is that when it is quiet you can hear people using the plumbing. They should address this.”

• The rooms were very clean and spacious.
• The hotel movies were hard to operate.

“This hotel is perfect for the business traveler. It is right off of the highway, but still very close to the beach. The room was very clean and had free internet connection. The breakfast was also very good with a large selection including eggs, sausage, waffles, Danishes and such.”

• The breakfast buffet, which was included, was very good. They had an exercise room and computer room which were both very good.

“I would recommend it to family and friends. It was easy to locate- right off to i95 and the accommodations were excellent.”

• There were several noisy families.

“This is a very decent hotel. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, the breakfast sample. There are three computers in the business room, plus a small exercise room (open 24 hrs.) Check-out time is noon. The staff was friendly.”
