• Desk attendants were friendly & most helpful.
• Room not attended to on last day of stay.

“Our room was not attended to on our last day of stay. No new towels were put out, bed was not made. After a day out, we certainly didn't expect or like what we say when we entered the room.”

• Everything, desk person was yelling at a small child.

• They had just remodeled, so was clean and nice. Microwave and fridge a plus
• No coffee pot, no iron and no alarm clock in room and pool was closed.

“Clean hotel, nice people, could use a few more things in rooms and view from our room could have been better but overall, was a comfortable stay.”

“As communicated to your staff verbally, after checking into this hotel I made the decision not to stay as the emergency exits were not operable, the parking lot was a rutted ruin; the neighborhood was dangerous and finally the staff was rude and indifferent.”
