• Loved the fitness room and free hot cooked breakfast! The suite was great!
• The 8th floor in hallway had terrible smoke odor! We don't smoke and this scared us about the room.

“Overall experience was great, except for the smell in the hallway to our room. The breakfast cooked to order was a real treat for a free breakfast especially! The fitness room was big and had lots of equipment. The beds were great and loved the feel of the sheets!”

• The room could have been cleaner.

“Overall our experience was good. The room could have been cleaner. The atrium creates a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are a nice size. The hotel is located close to a highway for easy access. The complimentary breakfast is great and the staff was helpful.”

• The lobby was gorgeous and fitness room was very clean.

“This was a beautiful hotel. Very clean and modern looking. The room was very comfortable and there was plenty of room for two adults and a teenager. Breakfast was very good, although the cook was rather unfriendly.”

• Internet was expensive, and there were kids playing on the computer in the business center when I needed it.

• Location for us was perfect.
• That we didn't have more time to spend there.

“Located on PGA Blvd. with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Nicely designed lobby, open to the roof, with a natural looking pool complete with waterfalls and swans swimming in it, great children's (of all ages) attraction! Breakfast area became a cocktail reception area, in the evening. Glass sided elevators gave a bird's eye view of the lobby, always ask for an upper floor room. Delightful!”

• The atmosphere was amazing, and perfectly suited my plans for a proposal.
• I would have liked to have had free internet access in the room.

• The staff was wonderful. The rooms were very spacious, excellent hotel!
• They did not have a driver for the complimentary shuttle bus the one night we were there.

“The hotel is located right off the interstate, close to everything, has large spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. The staff was friendly, allowed us to check in several hours early. The hotel was secure, and had nice amenities to include free happy hour drinks and free cooked to order breakfast.”

• The room. Overall appearance of the room was excellent.
• We were graciously moved to another room due to rust in the tub and an AC leak.

“The live swans in the interior pond were a nice touch; however, the pond water needed cleaning. The location in relation to the interstate and shopping, and golfing is excellent (big plus).”

• Parties all weekend! Breakfast over too early weekdays.

• Front desk staff was exceptional.
• Hallway on the smoking floor really smelled like smoke.

“Front desk staff was great! I received everything I would expect from an embassy suites with the exception of the hallway on the floor that we were on. Because I requested double beds, they had to put me on the smoking floor. The room did not smell at all, but the smell of smoke (from cigars/cigarettes) nearly knocked you over when you got off the elevator.”

• The chef john was an awesome guy on the morning breakfast!
• The check in person was one of the ruddiest people I have met.

• Their ability to meet our needs as a family with teenagers is excellent.
• They have ongoing construction and their restaurant is closed.

• The suites were attractive.
• Dripping tap.. Water could not completely be shut off. Pond in Lobby needed cleaning. Room service tray was left outside of room.

• Called front desk with a problem, attitude was "oh well", nothing could be done.
