• I loved that Starbucks was in the lobby and the Neutrogena products in the bathroom. Great water pressure in shower.
• Our room was right next to I-95, but you could not hear it in our room so it wasn't bad.

“Very comfortable room and beds. The bathroom was missing some tissue and the remote was not in the room (but they did get us one). Very close to the Gardens Mall and our meeting location. Check in was easy and our room was non-smoking with 2 beds just as I requested even though we arrived after 8:30 pm. I would stay there again.”

• The room had a nice appearance, pool area looked really inviting.
• Bed sheets and what not were great, but had a hard time getting comfy. Maybe too stiff a mattress.

“The hotel was very nice. It had a very upscale feel to it from the lobby to the pool to the room. The bed sheets/comforter were very comfortable and the hotel staff was very friendly.”

• Comfy beds!
• Unsupervised children at pool

“The room I had was absolutely lovely with excellent furnishings and a very comfy bed. Was disappointed that book in hotel indicated lounge was open until 1am, but was only open until 11pm. The pool was excellent, with lovely seating lounges that were downright decadent. About the only downside was the dozen or so teens hanging out at the pool (not swimming or in swim gear) and basically running amok with no adult supervision at all.”

“The Doubletree was conveniently located and the decor was modern and nice. The front desk personnel were super. Christian provided us with a voucher for two free drinks at a local restaurant, which came in handy.”

• The pool area was fantastic and we were really pleased with the service.
• The room was basic but clean. The bathroom needs some updating.

“The wonderful service starts as soon as you walk in the door of this Doubletree Hotel. We were greeted with a warm cookie and helped to find where we were going. They gave good suggestions for restaurants in the area. We are both in the restaurant and in the bar area. The food was good and the service was wonderful.”

• They always put decaffeinated coffee in the room, had to ask for regular 3 times.

• Felt like my own home, comfy and clean and safe.

“Would definitely stay at this hotel again, felt safe as a woman traveling alone. Very clean and comfortable, asked for a room away from the traffic and was granted my request, plus no smoking room, very clean and comfortable beds, loved the idea that it has a top sheet over the blanket, that way no one has to touch others sleeping blankets.”

• Pool area was very nice. Rooms nice. Generally a nice place to stay.
• Would prefer an inside room rather than looking out on parking and road.

“Would be very happy to stay there again. The inside rooms are better situated for the view. My room seemed to have had a wet floor problem - perhaps from recent rain problems!? The room smelled musty but I did not complain. did report it at checkout though. They were to have maintenance check to see. Nice place all in all.”

• The reception was specious and courteous for check in, granted us a request for late departure, excellent pool area, cozy, very satisfied.

• The location is perfect for me, the recent renovations are outstanding.
• Construction on executive center messed up the garden area around the pool.

“This has been consistently one of my favorite places to stay on business in the Palm Beach Gardens area. The rooms are nice, bedding nice, fitness center is good. Common areas are attractive. Just a great place to stay.”

• The hotel lobby and room are both beautiful. Location was very convenient.
• It does not have an outdoor whirlpool. The bath tub was not cleaned well.

“I would definitely recommend this hotel. My trip brief for business so I didn't get to enjoy the pool or outdoor areas. The inside of the hotel and my room were both extremely nice. Although the bath tub was not very clean, I addressed this with management who handled the issue very well. I ate lunch in the restaurant and the food was excellent.”

• The modern appearance of the lobby/bar area and the amenities available to the guests.
• This is obviously an old hotel. The sliding glass door onto the balcony would not lock.

“For a business traveler this hotel is located in a central area, close to businesses and shopping. The hotel also offers a bar and dining area with Starbucks coffee & go. It is obvious the hotel has recently undergone a face lift. My only disappointment was the sliding glass door to the patio would not lock, but maintenance came in an did a temporary fix.”

“Overall this is a well run hotel. Everything was clean and orderly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was fairly up to date. The walk from our room to the lobby was a bit long, especially since there was no bell service offered when we arrived.”

• It's what I expected of a 3-star hotel. Great appearance, clean, and has friendly staff.
• We did not like the tempurpedic beds - they make you sweat!

“We have stayed here before. It is a very nice hotel, with good amenities. The only negative is that the Tempurpedic mattresses made us sweat, so we did not get a good nights' sleep. We will probably return.”

• Nice room and enjoyed balcony overlooking garden / pool.
• Bathroom toilet leaked. After repaired, left towels for cleanup laying on bathroom floor.

“Nice hotel, upscale, with good service. Convenient location for both dining and shopping. Found good Thai / sushi place with in about a mile as well as Whole Foods store. Flat screen TV was nice and also decent wireless Internet service. If not for minor issues with my bathroom, would have been great.”

• Hallways smelled and the hallway carpets were dirty. Bathroom floor could have been scrubbed better.

“The hotel had an unclean odor in the hallways and elevator. I went down different hallways. The carpets are all in need of cleaning to remove the odor.”
