• Great location. Easy less than one min walk to beach. Clean and comfortable.
• Room are a little small.

“Enjoyed stay here. Great deal for the money. Grounds are clean. Food at the patio bar and restaurant was excellent. Nice setting, right on the harbor. Staff gave me a late check out. They were very accommodating.”

• Bar and restaurant by water with nice live music, ocean close.
• Bad hospitality.

“This is an old but quaint resort. We loved the music and the bar. Bartender was the only good thing about their restaurant. We had a drink at the bar then ordered another and decided to get a table by the water. The waitress was very rude because we brought a drink from the bar and did not order from her. So we left and tried to get another table and that waiter got mad because we pulled two small tables apart for just the two of us. So we left. We then ate at the bar. Manager did nothing about situation. It kind of got me in a bad mood. Not what is supposed to happen when you just want to relax and enjoy.”

• I did like the fact that they had a band and the bar to relax at.
• My room was down the road from everything and it was a run down Days Inn.

“I did not like the looks of the motel. I was afraid to be by myself. I didn't like the location of it and it looked run down. I was extremely upset. If I had my son with me, I would had to find a different place to stay because he is worse than me.”

• The Cabana set up with outside access versus high rise entrance through a lobby.
• Rooms were a bit run down and old, in need of maintenance.

“The hotel was quaint. Right on the beach, it was a different setting of small buildings holding 4-8 rooms, all with outside access and courtyards. The restaurant was outside with Marina access and view. Food was served on paper plates, drinks in plastic cups. Jacuzzi was right in full view of the restaurant/bar, making a bit uncomfortable to use with everyone looking right at you. The pool was in a much more private setting, but small.”

• Location.
• Smell in the room.

“The location of the hotel was across from the beach. The front staff was friendly. The reason I will not stay there again is because, the room had a very strong disinfectant smell. It smelled like the inside of a rental car only worse. The smell was so strong I had trouble sleeping, and I checked out a day early.”

• Location at Marina and across the street from the beach. Nice bars on site and casual dining.
• Rooms are old. Bed too soft.

“Great location on Marina and across from beach. Casual dining and friendly bars all outside. Great omelets. Casual dining available. Rooms are Spartan nothing fancy.”

• Great location and fun atmosphere.
• Although recently renovated, still shows signs of age and sloppy workmanship.

“Location is perfect. Staff is great. Services are excellent. The bars and restaurant were very enjoyable with good service, friendly servers and good selection of reasonably priced food and drinks. Whether you are health conscious or just want some good food and a nice dining experience, you should enjoy the on-site dining overlooking the marina.”

• Had good ribs in dining room.
• Cock roaches in the rooms and they were dirty and unkempt.

“This hotel is always fully booked by the cock roaches and other creatures. The rooms are dirty and when you complain to the management they say it is storm damage. Yea right! That is a poor excuse for the dirt and the bugs and the general run down condition. In addition, the bar patrons are revel to all hours in the morning making it even worse. Beer was cold though!”

• Restaurant service good.
• Noisy, poorly managed poor quality rooms.

“This hotel was terrible. Took a chance this year after bad experience with one day stay last year hoping things had improved. Last year manager gave our group's 3 rooms away after we had checked in. We were given a room in a separate building a block away from the hotel. It was horrible. Bed uncomfortable and very loud neighbors. much screaming and yelling in the wee hours. Absolutely no parking available and told by valet staff to "just get yourself up early or stay up past 1 am and move your car if a spot opens'. Hotel staff very loud at 7 am outside our door and performing loud maintenance. ”
