• Nothing.
• We never had towels or blankets.

“The elevators smelled and they tried to cover the smell with lemon pledge, which made it even worse. We never had enough towels or blankets.”

• The hotel was very nice to stay in and the people were very accommodating.
• The elevators smelled like someone ate a lot of oranges and did their business in the corner.

“This is a very clean, family friendly and well located hotel and I highly recommend it to anyone. They just need to take it easy on the cleaner in the elevators.”

• Hotel was beautiful.
• The breakfast buffet was over priced, eating outside of hotel for breakfast is better.

“The hotel stay was awesome. It was comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would love to stay here again. Pool and spa were excellent.”

• Maid service was not good.

“The maid knocked on our door at 8:30 am and woke us up. Then they took our blanket from our bed and only left one towel. Otherwise the hotel was fine, great priced and convenient location.”

• It was very nice for the price. I would definitely stay there again.
• Everything was good I really had no complaints.

“This was a very nice hotel. I would stay here again if the need arises. It was close to the Mall and I-95 along with other shops an restaurants. I really had a great time. My hats off to the hotel staff, they were great.”

“For the price the hotel was wonderful. It is on a great location right off of I95 and close to restaurants and the FAU campus.”

• Rooms lacked some basic amenities.

“Hotel was clean and conveniently located. Free WiFi was greatly appreciated in a hotel of this level. Room, however was lacking some basic amenities such as a wastebasket in the bathroom, and a place to open the luggage.”

“Hotel is in a good location, near 95 close to airports, near shopping. Maid service is average. Room cleanliness was average. Breakfast was poor. Hotel needs wireless Internet Access.”

• The doorman was great. Very upbeat and helpful and comfortable bed.
• Each room has a wall air conditioner unit which hums loudly.

“Very convenient to I-95 and shopping. Close to restaurants. Friendly staff.”

• Worst pillows ever -noisy room A/C.

“The internet connection was not functioning so I had to change room. The 2nd rooms A/C were broken. The window A/C unit was very loud even on the "low" setting. The pillows were bad. The staff was very pleasant.”

• Elevator smelled bad and not enough was cloths.

“There was only two wash cloths in the room. I asked for a couple at the desk and was told that housekeeping would be in at 7:00 am. We arrived late and wanted to shower before going to bed!”

• Staff was friendly and helpful. None pressured environment.

“Facilities are being updated, such as carpet and furniture. Has WiFi and nice pool area. The restaurant 'Mario's' was AMAZING. Excellent food and drinks again with friendly service.”

• They were happy to give us a suite upgrade for no extra charge.
• A little noisy because of partiers staying at the hotel.

• Was under construction and the bathroom door in our room was in very poor shape.

“The man at the front desk at arrival was very abrupt and a bit nasty. The others came to my rescue and were very nice. It appeared that our room had undergone renovation, although the A/C unit was very loud and the bathroom door was feeling and not in good shape. The floors in the bathroom under the sink needed a good washing.”

• Attractive property, good location, easy highway access, friendly accommodating staff.
• Lack of room service was a minor inconvenience for early AM start.

“This is an attractive well maintained property with comfortable rooms, accommodating staff just off the highway but enough removed for quiet. There are little welcoming extras such as lemonade and cookies (coffee in AM) in the lobby along with courtesy computers/printers and books to borrow. Excellent shopping and restaurants are within an easy stroll.”

• The beds were very comfortable and shower was awesome.
• The breakfast bar was to expensive for the selection.

“I would recommend this hotel. The rooms and hotel was clean, staff was friendly (directions given was perfect), the bed and pillows were very comfortable and the shower was awesome. Some great restaurants and shopping within walking distance from the hotel. They had the best chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter cookies and lemonade in the lobby late afternoon. So much to see and do in the surrounding area. Perfect location right off I-95.”

• Good location, very clean, in process of renovation planning, will get even better. Great on site restaurant and location next to I-95 plus.
• Lobby needs updating, but was very nice now; will be doing renovation work soon.

“Clean, great location next to I-95 and Town Center Mall. Rooms are very nice, has beautiful center courtyard with pool. A little oasis in the center of Boca.”
