• Spacious rooms.
• A little old.

“Like a lot of hotels in Miami, it is a hotel with a lot of old features, but the customer service was excellent.”

• Convenient to Yacht Brokerage show.
• Room décor.

“It's a good, clean, basic hotel right on the ocean beach and Indian River Waterway. The one minor disappointment was that there was no coffee filter or coffee included with the in-room coffee maker. Even though I brought this to the attention of the front desk, it was never resolved. In the end I went shopping for those items some distance away. The brown on brown room decor could use an update, but for the price it can't be beat. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good, basic, clean accommodations.”

• The oven must have been brand new.
• Your $15.00 a day valet parking-either use it or use the metered lot 3 blocks away.

“We paid $244.00 a night for what we thought was going to be a beautiful 2 bedroom master suite with ocean view, and our own private beach. Only to walk in and find this room was an eye sore. The windows were duct taped, the only lock on the door was a push button. There wasn't even a clock or alarm clock in the room. Light bulbs were missing for the living room and one bedroom had none either. I think the used pantry hose in the closet were a nice added touch. And lets not forget the graffiti on the living room walls that was painted over. when we went to see the balcony there wasn't even a chair to sit on, we stood to look at our ocean view, but first we had to look over the view that might of been a garden area at one time long ago. Needless to say we checked out first thing in the morning. Thank you Seacoast Suites for the very memorable trip to Miami.
