• LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!
• The shower / tub did not drain properly and the sink cold water handle was stripped. I complained and it never was fixed!!!!!!

“The location of this hotel is excellent! It located just off of I95, near all of the key business offices in the Boca area. It also is located in the middle of the key Boca Shopping area with about every restaurant you could ever think of. The one big negative is that the hotel is showing its age and needs to be updated. Perhaps I was just the lucky one but, the shower was not draining properly and the handle on the sink's cold water was stripped! I asked to have this fixed while I was away for the day. Came back that night to find neither issue addressed! VERY angring to stand in a pool of water when trying to shower and, to have to work the sink handle back and forth trying to get it to catch and provide cold water!All in all, I will return to this hotel this week as the beds and room in general are extremely comfortable and the location can not be better in the Boca Area!”

• Exceptional front desk staff. Friendly and knowledgeable. Room was very nicely decorated and very clean.
• Nice pool area, but the water was cold.

“The Marriott in Boca Raton exceeded our expectations in every way. Room, common areas, staff and location were excellent. Several upscale restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and the hotel is just a short drive from the Meisner Center and the waterfront.”

• The gym was nice and new and accessible all the time.
• I did not like the location. It wasn't in walking distance to anything, but a strip mall.

“The room was pretty cool, it had a large window for one wall. The front desk was not very knowledgeable. He didn't even know that the hotel had a hot tub and didn't have any breakfast recommendations for us.”

• The hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean.
• There isn't anything.

“This hotel is a much better place tom stay than the Four Star Renaissance Hotel right around the corner. Cheaper, cleaner, friendlier. This is where I will try to stay whenever I travel to Boca Raton from now on.”

“Check in was quick and effortless. Plenty of parking although hotel entrance was hard to locate. Rooms were very clean. Plush linens on beds and a mini-fridge were great. Fresh coffee in the lobby in the morning was a plus as was the Panera Bread and McDonalds within walking distance.”

• It took 3 attempts to get coffee to our room on day 1, but it was comp'ed on our bill.

“This lovely hotel in beautiful Boca Raton, FL is located close to town, beaches & 30 minutes to Ft. Lauderdale (we drove it). The rooms are super clean & spacious with tasteful decor, staff are friendly and can't help enough! Hotel restaurant atmosphere is lovely, selections are delicious and location is lined with a variety of boutique eatery's and shops to brouse. Families or couples will appreciate and enjoy!”

“The location is great for a business traveler. Everybody at the hotel was very friendly. My only complaint was my room had bugs. There must have been 100 ants in the room. They offered me another room which I took but it was a real pain packing everything and moving. I will give the hotel credit though they were very friendly and offered me a new room immediately. Overall, I was pleased with my experience. I would say the hotel should be 2 1/2 stars.”

• They had a very accommodating staff.
• The security personnel were very rude!

“The hotel overall was great. However there security personnel ruin my sweet taste for it & left me with a bitter savor, although later re sweetened by the front desk staff. My wife & my daughter & I had gone to a family birthday party. By the time we got back we had just had a late night dinner at 1AM so we weren't about to go to sleep. So we ordered a "hotel Pay Per View Movie" -titled: "Are we Done Yet" (which is a family movie) because of the late hour we were considerate enough to only have TV on a volume level of 20 from a max out capability of 50. In other words the TV was relatively low. Then 15 minutes into the movie we get a knock on the door by security to lower the TV. I could barely hear the movie myself with the AC unit on. Still the idiot they had for security wanted the TV even lower. Needless to say if it weren't because I was traveling with wife & kid at that moment I would have packed. However I did leave first thing in the morning. The front desk gave me credit for the movie. However that didn't replace ruining a very nice evening with my family.”

• It was a beautiful hotel.
• The workout room and the pool were average.

“The Boca Marriott at the town center is a beautiful hotel with shopping and fine restaurants within walking distance. The staff is polite and courteous. Parking was available as well as valet. Although the workout room was small, we were thankful to be able to exercise during our stay. ”

• The beds! They use the best linen.

“You can really get a good night's sleep but there is always a lot of noise coming from the hall and rooms next door. You can hear everything! Also, this is the second stay I¿ve seen the bathrooms not clean mainly, the tub and sink area. Nasty!”

“For a business traveler this hotel is perfect. For a family on a Florida vacation I would not recommend the hotel. The pool was very poor. It was not the typical beautiful Florida pool. The equipment at the gym was very old. I was traveling for business though and for business purposes it is perfect. this hotel should fall under 3 star not 4 star.”

• It was just a great experience from the minute I walked through the door.
• That you had to pay for the internet access. Most 'budget hotels' don't even charge.

• The hotel staff knocking on the door lightly but waking us up at 9 am when check out is 12.

“I would go there again but the hotel prices are allotting 2.50 for an 8 to 12 oz soda at the bar and 10 dollars to use the internet when others charge next to nothing.”

• I love the bed & bed sheets, the fountain in the lobby, the outdoor spaces.
• The valet was worthless, never there, constantly tracking him down.

“This is an excellent hotel for 3 stars. The rooms are upscale & cozy. The outdoor spaces around the restaurant & pool are very inviting. Overall the staff is excellent. My only negative experience was with the valet service. Next time I¿ll park my car myself. No one could ever find him and several times the front desk staff had to handle my luggage and bring up my car!”
