“The staff is trained to please. We were initially put into a mini suite but at 1 am noise kept us up. Upon calling the front desk we were moved to an ocean front room. This move made our stay quiet, enjoyable and relaxing.” Oct 15, 2009 by
Roger from Goodyear,AZ
“We were upgraded at no charge to a very nice room with a fantastic oceanfront view on the 16th floor. Full height windows and sliding glass door with a nice balcony. Very comfortable bed. The best HDTV picture I've ever seen. We didn't want to leave. Sliding glass window on the shower so you can enjoy the ocean view while taking a shower.” Oct 15, 2009 by
Al from Ontario,CA
“The hotel was truly an excellent place to stay. The room was great. I was up graded to a mini suite with an ocean view for the same price. The room was clean and the service was good. The staff was very helpful. When I checked out there were no hidden fees.” Oct 8, 2009 by
Miami Girl from Miami,FL
“I live in Miami and there are many hotels to choose from on South Beach/Miami Beach area. I wanted a weekend getaway and found a excellent deal on Priceline. From the moment I walked in the staff was very nice. The lady at the front desk upgraded me to a deluxe corner suite. I was really impressed. The room was beautiful and I just loved the contemporary bathroom. It was beautiful. Just advise that everything is pricey at the hotel from food and drinks. Bring your own, although there is NO fridge in your room. I loved also the beach is right there in front of the hotel. I am already dreaming of staying there again!” Sep 26, 2009 by
Bec from Odenton,MD
“Loved the hotel and the service of the staff.” Sep 24, 2009 by
Danielle from Pembroke Pines,FL
“ We needed to get away near home and found ourselves pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room for the price - it was a great value. The food was phenomenal at both pool bar and GiGi's - best meals we have had in some time. We will come back to hotel just to eat dinner. I would challenge them to revisit their Saturday afternoon pool deck entertainment. They had a DJ pumping house remix club type music which was just not our idea if a relaxing spa type resort. This music would have been appropriate at night but not on a lazy afternoon - that was a big disappointment. Other than that it was a great stay. ” Sep 24, 2009 by
Orange from San Francisco,CA
“We got wonderfully upgraded even though we pricelined the room, free wine/cheese and the staff helped find us great hidden gems of restaurants.” Sep 22, 2009 by
Jocelyne from Miami Gardens,FL
“This hotel was completely amazing. We stayed in a room that had ocean-view and had a hot tub. The staff was very friendly and professional. The only thing downside to consider is parking, which is 30 dollars for valet in the hotel.” Sep 19, 2009 by
Terry from Boca Grande,FL
“Great hotel - very cool.” Sep 16, 2009 by
Amir from Allenhurst,NJ
“We paid much for one night and it was a steal. It is a little distance from South Beach area but definitely more resort like. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Wish I could turn back the clock and relive this vacation all over again!” Sep 14, 2009 by
Robert from Jupiter,FL

“Very beautiful and trendy, loved the layout of the room.” Aug 13, 2009 by
Segundo from Deltona,FL
“The hotel was very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much. It could use a little more nightlife as far as an area to dance at night with music, not just music to relax to.” Jul 31, 2009 by
Mel from Dumfries,VA
“Enjoyed the hotel, but disappointed with the fitness center. I think it was temporary, but would have liked to have known that. Also thought the Internet access was a little expensive. No information book in the hotel about services, room service menu, etc., Staff was friendly. Beach was nice, but the chairs were packed in and very close together.” Jun 26, 2009 by
Amy from San Jose,CA
“Very nice. A lot of swimming pools that are open every hour and is literally connected to the Atlantic Ocean. Rooms are very modern and the shower is gigantic.” Jun 4, 2009 by
Charlie from Homestead,FL
“Customer service was superb, from valet to gift shop. Bartenders were friendly and personable. Food was delicious. Beach access was great.” Jun 4, 2009 by
Stephen from Wheaton,IL
“We had 3 nights starting late Friday and leaving at 5 am on Monday. It was absolutely fantastic. The lobby is spectacular. Our room had an oversize jacuzzi tub and flat panel TV. There were plenty of chairs available around the multiple pools, something I was concerned about. There is a pretty steep surcharge to rent chairs at the beach, but we just put towels and books down on the nice lounges around the pool and laid on towels at the beach for a short time. The grounds are much cleaner since being redone only a few months ago and looks much better than the more expensive resorts around. The staff was very helpful during checkout, getting a cab and printing out boarding passes. Wow!” May 23, 2009 by
Teresa from Colorado Springs,CO
“Nice facility. There was an odd setup in the bathroom with no counter space due to a large artsy sink. The $30 parking fee added quite a bit. Very nice beds though, definitely above average. The desk was evidently a later addition as it pushed the dresser so that it covered part of the bathroom door. The worst part was we stayed one night, on a Friday evening, and we could hear drunk guests coming up the hall at 12:00 and 2:00 am. The room was not very soundproofed from the hall.” May 22, 2009 by
Dave from Minnetrista,MN
“Great view, great location, great beach, great pool, great bar. I will be back.” May 18, 2009 by
Andreas from State College,PA
“The hotel was nice and it was what is supposed to be. Clean, big spacious rooms. No problems at all. Expensive parking ($30) per 24 hour period. MY only complain is that although the hotel was half full. I got the only room with no view at all and I do not mean ocean view. My room had no view at all.” May 6, 2009 by
Amy from Corpus Christi,TX
“This hotel is an older one, recently renovated. Our room had a beautiful balcony with a great view of the beach and the hotel's multiple pools. Location is good, but if you're looking for South Beach - it's over 20 blocks walking distance. The hallway on our floor smelled of mildew (closer to the smell of wet diapers really) and my fiancée had a pair of designer sunglasses and a bottle of expensive cologne that were missing when we packed up to check out. Although, the price we paid for the room was so much less than the rack rate that we got a good price even adding in the cost of replacing the stolen items. There's an in - room safe, it just didn't occur to us to put those items in it.” May 6, 2009 by
Jared and Yesenia from Jacksonville,FL
“Beautiful and close to hot spots. Parking is expensive, but positive to that is that you never wait long for your car, 5 min max.” May 4, 2009 by
Rajiv from Olathe,KS
“Excellent hotel, great location, would recommend to anyone visiting Miami Southbeach area.” Apr 23, 2009 by
Jocelyne from Miramar,FL
“I called for room service to bring the cups and ice for my niece's medication. No one showed, after thirty minutes I called inquiring about the items and they apologized and they will get back to me. No one showed nor did they call me to make me aware of the delay. As a result I have to check out and rush her to back to my house to get her back up medicine in order to avoid a bad reaction. What made it worst, I would have expected a general manager or someone to call to either apologize and no one did. I had friends coming down and I will not refer them to this hotel. Terrible customer service.” Apr 12, 2009 by
Leslie from Tucker,GA
“It was a good hotel.” Apr 11, 2009 by

“This is an excellent hotel, I loved the general atmosphere of the renovated Eden Roc. If you go, check out their Italian restaurant, it's excellent!” Mar 12, 2009 by
Nick from Bronx,NY
“Great location for a quiet relaxing, romantic vacation just a cab ride from busy south beach.” Feb 25, 2009 by
Lisa from Boca Raton,FL
“We called the night before check in to let the hotel know that we would be arriving late, they did not hold a king bed like we requested. We had to settle for a room with 2 queen beds.” Oct 28, 2008 by
Howard Smith from New York
“Construction noise and debris all over the place. Sit at the pool and listen to the jack hammer. Room was not orderly when I arrived. No workout facility, no spa, no complimentary newspaper, no direct beach access. Give this property six months following completion of work.” Feb 12, 2008 by
Stacy from Williamstown, NJ
“Great Miami Beach Hotel if you don't care if your not south beach which is a few miles away. Hotel dated looking but clean hotel has good (not excellent) and very convenient waterfront restaurant, salon on site (hair and nails), nice bad linens.” Oct 24, 2006 by
Bill from Dallas, TX
“Expect to pay an additional $20 a day to park your car, typical for Miami. The Beach bar food is pricey and not all that good. Stick with the sandwich and snack menu. Breakfast in the main dining room was very good.” Oct 24, 2006 by
Debbi from Rohnert Park, CA
“This hotel and the staff are absolutely amazing. I will be going back to this location in the future. There was nothing I did not like. I felt like a star.” Oct 23, 2006 by
Jeff from Riverside, CA
“Overall, the hotel was very nice. It was in a very good location based on the attractions that I wanted to see. Would stay there again” Oct 15, 2006 by
Ej from Spring Valley, NY
“Most of the staff is pleasant (other than the front desk). The pool is great but there is construction going on and it can be noisy. It is definitely not for someone looking for a romantic getaway but for someone looking for a nice pool that doesn't mind the noise.” Oct 5, 2006 by
Harold V. from Apeldoorn, FL
“Fascinating deco hotel. Rooms complete, stylish and well decorated, with interesting features. Very nice deco lobby. Good location, large hot tub and even a BIG pool, with again good decorations. Excellent hotel for romance and friends. Easy parking next to the building (public). The atmosphere was very lovely; The hotel is in a great spot for business travelers but for leisure travelers it was not too far but we did have to travel to get to restaurants. But overall I had a lovely time there and I would return to that hotel if I was to come back to Miami.” Oct 1, 2006 by
Debbs from Demotte, IN
“I love going to this hotel. It is beautiful. Great pool and beach. Nice Lobby.” Sep 18, 2006 by
Douglas from Eagle Lake, FL
“This hotel is in a beautiful location. The rooms and furnishings looked like they needed to be redone 20 to 30 years ago. The only parking at the hotel is $22.00 and done by a valet service which scratched the entire side of my car and spilled what looked to be coffee or soda an the exterior, after all that I was still charged for parking. The fire alarm in the hotel sounded at 5:00am and was a false alarm which I was told happens often by the front desk.” Sep 18, 2006 by
Katarina from Riverview, FL
“This hotel in near everything from downtown, south beach, and shopping. We didn't need to worry about driving and when we needed to drive everything was near the hotel. I truly enjoyed my stay at the Eden Roc; I will come again soon.” Sep 16, 2006 by
Beverly from Palmer, PA
“Hotel lobby and pool area was extremely nice. Doormen were extremely gracious. However, our hotel room was facing the construction site and the reservation desk person refused to change our room. If I was staying more than one night I would have insisted on a better view.” Sep 14, 2006 by
Mariano. from Brooklyn, NY
“Good hotel, except for the noise and "view" of the construction next to the pool. I would return. Great if considered the deal through "Name your own price". You would not get this category for the price I paid (below and close to the hundred!)” Sep 10, 2006 by
Halle from Savannah, GA
“The hotel is undergoing renovations. They start at around 7:30 or 8 in the morning, which for us were not a problem but if one wanted to sleep late this could would be bad. Our room although it was amazingly spacious had a horrible queen-size bed (which at check in we were told was a king-size). The swimming pools were great and had an amazing view of the ocean front.” Sep 9, 2006 by
Cherie from Phillipsburg, NJ
“Definitely not a 4 Star Hotel and not up to Marriott standards. I would have canceled my room when I arrived and it was not refundable. Very disappointed and could not wait to leave the hotel the next day.” Sep 8, 2006 by
Pablo from Hialeah Gardens, FL
“Beach access was deviated , had to walk an additional 1000 feet or so to get to the beach.” Sep 8, 2006 by
Yitzchak from Brooklyn, NY
“All in all it was great, the kids loved the main pool, (the pool on top of the bar was a little too chilly for them), the room service did a great job and the staff were very willing to help, the only inconvenience we had was that it was hard to get to the beach because of the construction.”
