• convienient
• tub, sink, dirty, no heat

“I used it mostly at night. Was out all day. Didn't have a chance to take advantage of amenities. It'd a been nicer if there was continental breakfast.”

• The staff was very friendly.
• The rooms were small, no microwave.

“The stay was do to my fathers funeral. The hotel is convenient to I-95. It is accessible to close by restaurants and shopping areas. The rooms were smaller than expected, no microwave, no in room safe.”

• We liked the location and price.
• Did not have a mini fridge or microwave oven.

“I was very happy with the location of the hotel, but it could have used a microwave and mini fridge in the room for leftovers. Also, I prefer when breakfast is included, like at Embassy Suites.”

• Facilities are up to date and modern.
• Hot water was a problem. Staff should have address compensation issue more readily and not make customer ask. This hotel has a hot water issue.

“Sunday morning breakfast was a disappointment. After giving us free breakfasts because of the lack of hot water, we couldn't be seated for breakfast for 30 to 45 minutes. I think many hotel residences were given free breakfasts and then a few servers didn't show for work. We left and had breakfast at another restaurant.”

• Rotten bananas on breakfast buffet.

“My room had ants in the bathroom. The hotel arranged for the room to be sprayed. Dead ants were on the bathroom floor after spraying, and housekeeping did not clean up the ants for the next 2 days. Dead ants were still on the floor when I checked out.”

• Newly remodeled; clean.
• Poor maintenance.

“Although remodeled in the last 12-18 months, the room had a broken TV and two lamps that were broken; one with the switch falling out. Otherwise, it is a good establishment.”

• Rooms seemed damp, had to change rooms, AC issue.

• Plush decor, comfortable mattress and pillows.
• Across the hall the people were noisy and I could smell smoke in my bathroom.

• Good location, close to shopping, restaurants, close to highway.
• Can improve on towels, rough, not big enough, and could have more toiletries to use.

“I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I am familiar w/the area so this is why I pick this hotel. Towels were rough and small, could use a nice bath towel and a few more than were provided, since there were four in the room. Bed and pillows were nice. Ice machine on floor was broken had to go to another floor for that item.”

• Pleasant AM breakfast in the lobby.
• Small, crowded, shabby room. Our room was not cleaned until 4:30PM.

“The hotel has a pleasant outdoor courtyard with seating in the sun or shade. The lobby needs to be updated, the furniture is shabby. The room was cramped and shabby. We had flying bugs of some sort around the window. The cleaning crew did not get to our room until late afternoon in spite of two calls to the front desk about this. The house keeping number had only voice mail.”

• It was extremely clean, no smoke odor whatsoever, good staff service and great location. I just missed having a breakfast buffet.
• I just missed having a breakfast buffet included. Everything else was great.

• It was one of the nicest courtyard I've stayed at.
• Parking availability, room at opposite ends.

• Proximity to freeway is great. Lots of restaurants nearby and a great pool make this a great place to stay.
• It was not located on the ocean.

“This hotel was clean, the staff was efficient, the rooms were up to date and the location was convenient with access to the freeway and local businesses. I have stayed there before and payed the regular rate and even then it was a good deal. ”

“This hotel was a great. The breakfast was wonderful (even if we did have to pay for it). They did not offer room service, but had several restaurants in the area that would deliver. I would definitely return to the hotel. It was in a wonderful area with many activities surrounding.”
