• Indoor pool - didn't need to worry about the weather outside.
• Nothing!

“The hotel is easy to find, very convenient to the Outlet Mall and other shopping places. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel was sold out the nights we stayed. Next time we go to book it might be sold out if everyone finds out it's a great hotel.”

• Very clean , comfy rooms with amenities.
• Hotel didn't have a restaurant.

“Good hotel, very nice, very clean. Room had refrigerator, cable TV, microwave, coffee, etc. Rooms were comfy and spacious.”

• The people that worked the hotel were very friendly and polite. They did there very best to please us.
• Our room was not very clean.

• They had a continental breakfast.
• No indoor pool as advertised. Work crew began banging at 7am.

“This was one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences of my life. When we arrived we were informed that there was no indoor pool, it had been closed since December. Work crew began banging on wall in room next door at 7am next morning. Floor edges were dirty throughout hotel. Very unkempt. Management unable to reimburse our room due to on-line booking.”

• Given a smoking room when non smoking was requested.

“Arrived at hotel to find we were in a smoking room. Argued with desk clerk for an hour, who stated this happens all the time. Finally got upgraded room said that was all that was available.”

• Easy access to local attractions.
• Breakfast buffet area was too small.

“Stayed overnight with young children, they loved the hotel! I liked the easy access to the local attractions. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. I have already recommended this hotel to friends.”

• The location made it very easy to find.
• There is nothing that I did not like.
