• The balcony and the contiental breakfast.

“This was a clean and spacious room, but not enough towels. The staff was very friendly especially Rick, he gave us maps and tips on sites to see. The continental breakfast was great. Overall I would recommend this hotel for the price.”

• Great location for shopping. Clean.
• Small bathroom.

“This hotel provided an excellent location for our shopping trip. Dinner was right across the road. Rooms were clean but small. Staff was good.”

• It was perfectly located for the area we needed. There were plenty of convenient restaurants and shopping.
  

“Everything was excellent. We were close to the shopping and restaurants. Breakfast in the morning had everything we could ask for. The room was large and so convenient with a fridge and microwave. It is definitely the best place to stay in Grove City.

• Free breakfast and free high-speed Internet.
• Small breakfast area.

“If you're planning a shopping trip to Grove City Prime Outlets, this is a nice hotel to stay at. The hotel is probably 10 - 15 years old, but the rooms were kept in great condition. By no means is this a 5-star hotel, but it suited us very well for our trip. The lobby area was clean, and the staff was great. There was even a small indoor poor which seemed very popular with kids (we did not use it).I saw some negative reviews of the hotel online, but overall it exceeded our expectations.”

• Location was excellent.
• No elevator and towels was Y.M.C.A. Thin.

“The hotel was ok, but we did not like the fact that there was no elevator and we were on the second floor, also the towels were of poor quality, I guess the old adage holds true, you get what you pay for!”

• Quiet, had wireless access.
• No elevator, lots of road construction outside of hotel.

“Worth while, rooms were clean and nice. Road construction makes it difficult to get into and out of lot. Construction has been going on for years.”

• Front desk staffs are friendly and very helpful!
• Breakfast eating area is far too small for the size of the hotel.

• The location to the Grove City outlets is great.
• There is no elevator. I wouldn't stay again unless on bottom floor.

“Staff was nice and room was fine for our needs. I wouldn't stay again unless I was on the ground floor since there isn't an elevator. Most basic hotels don't offer breakfast but this one did. A nice way to start a busy day.”

• Easy to find, helpful staff, very clean and comfortable room.
• The bathroom was very small and the sink was in the room rather than in the bathroom.

“Enjoyed my visit, very clean and comfortable room, the staff were always willing to help. In 2007 construction to widen the road but the staff direct us as to be best place to enter and exit. The mall was within walking distance which was almost right across the road. Highly recommended.”

• Location, close to prime outlets, also went to Rachel's roadhouse for dinner. It was very good.
• Staff, we were told we would have a specific rate, and then were not given rate upon arrival.

“Hotel was close to prime outlets. Few restaurants, but the one we did go to Rachel's Roadhouse was very good. Hotel staff was not very helpful or polite for that matter, called ahead and received a rate, and then it changed upon arrival, not happy with that at all. Large clean room with small bathroom. Hotel was clean.”

• Indoor pool and décor.
• No elevator, upon arrival- no 2q rooms on 1st floor.

• Clean, convenient, comfortable.
• Make sure you get the business rate! Bring a business card.

“I was very pleased. But, I booked online and didn't realize the cheaper price was the business rate. They don't give such a good deal to leisure travelers. Kind of weird.”
