• Tiki Bar and Hot Breakfast.
• Run down hotel.

“It's what you would expect from a Comfort Inn. However, Tiki Bar and the outdoor pool is very nice, though. Hot breakfast in the morning is also nice.”

• Good pool area for families.
• Cockroaches in the closet and bathroom.

“Staff is OK. Rooms are musty and the tile has bad grout in the bathroom. The bed frames will break your shins. Good internet wife. Good location although entrance is hidden from the main road. Nice pool area but adjacent other hotel's rooms overlook the pool. But no star for cockroaches crawling around the room. Reported it to front desk on checkout. Please refrain from calling this a 2 star hotel.”

• Convenient location.
• Waited well over an hour for the shuttle with the staff telling us that they would be there in 5 minutes each time we called.

“We really enjoyed the hotel but were very disappointed in the shuttle service.”

• Handy location.
• A low hotel & surely, non-caring employees.

“Rooms & furniture look nice inside, but outside hallways are shabby, parking lot has a much needed guard, motel needs an employee training program in customer service, but I suspect they have a tough time finding qualified people. Free morning breakfast is a nice idea and value.”

• For an older property it was clean and functional.
• Noise level age of facility and general maintaince.

• It was available (super bowl weekend).
• It was a dump.

“This is possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The only reason I picked it was that it was available during the super bowl weekend. Front desk staff was not friendly, food in restaurant was poor at best. I would go back that is for sure. The whole thing is run down, grungy, and in a poor location. On the positive side, the lady (forgot her Name) that ran the pool bar was great. If you go there, make sure you say hi to her!”

• Shuttles to airport and port, close to shopping/theaters.
• Took 15 min to get warm water.

“They have recently upgraded the hotel and have done a nice job, the rooms are clean and attractive. The shuttles are nice, but you need to have reservations and don't be late they will leave without you. The front desk is not friendly but they are competent and get things done. We usually stay in 4 star hotels and we were comfortable here.”

• Hotel close to destination and was most affordable in area.
• Much renovation going on with furniture all about. But in a way, that is good.

“The hotel is a little bit older, but as I mentioned, there appears to be renovations going on as far as putting new furniture into the rooms. Staff has always been helpful. We will stay there again in the future, I'm sure.”

• It is convenient to the airport and cruise port.
• Didn't hold reservation, had no bath cloths, shuttle did not pick us up at the cruise port.

“Staff tried to be helpful but several other customers could not get their room keys to work. One guest was checked in to an already occupied room. Hotel was out of wash cloths and hand towels. My reservation was not held, luckily someone decided not to stay, got their money back and I got their room.”

• Jason at the front desk was terrific.
• It would have been nice to have a hot tub by the pool.

“Hotel was extremely busy all the time. Rooms were clean. Front desk personnel were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good but with little variety. Transport to airport and cruise port was excellent.”

• It was convenient to the airport.
• It seemed run down for the price we paid.

“The breakfast was very nice, the overall appearance of the hotel was one of needing to have a paint job and repairs. Our rooms ceiling has peeling wet spots, (maybe from the hurricanes). ”

• Not very clean, pool area had broken chairs and trash.

“Good location, great shuttle service to cruise port and airport. The common areas should be cleaned up a bit.”
