• The bed was very comfortable!
• No free internet and no free parking.

“The breakfast was not free and internet was $10/day. Parking was $11.00/day and it was part of long term parking at the airport. Overall - very nice hotel and worth every penny of the price I paid. I was traveling solo and was not going to spend that much time in the room so I was not concerned with the luxury items and was much more concerned with the price I wanted to pay.”

• Fitness center very user friendly, staff kept supplies well stocked.(ex.towels,headphones,fresh fruit)
• Hotel parking, had to use airport long term parking at $11.00 a day, this could get pricey.

• Comfortable and clean room.

“The hotel was great. The only problem I had was parking. You have to park in the airport parking(another expense of $11) next to the hotel which meant I had to walk a couple hundred yards to my room.”

• Hyatt is top of the line.
• Nothing.

“Hyatt Pittsburgh Airport is a business travelers dream, top of the facilities, attached to the airport via cover walkway. Turned in my rental car the night before my flight, short trip to the security check in. I only wish all my travel could be the same way.”

• The hotel is beautiful/clean/safe/ and was perfect.
• The only thing that I do not like about this particular hotel is that it is expensive to park, and the parking is a little inconvenient.

• The bed was comfortable.
• The parking was expensive and inconvenient, there was a charge for internet service in your room, and the sink was terribly not comfortable.

“It is a business destination hotel, not warm and inviting. The food is very expensive. The parking is a pain in the neck and charging for internet in the room is outrageous. The charge for internet in their business center is $3 a minute. I will not use this hotel again.”

• So convenient for its proximity to the airport, very nice hotel.
• Have to pay for wireless internet anywhere.

“The location is perfect. You move right into the airport without going outside. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was quiet and comfortable with a most cozy bed. Just what was needed before a long day ahead, a great night's sleep.”

• The hotel was top notch.
• They up charge for everything from bottled water to internet.

“Very nice hotel and accomodations. The staff was very friendly. The room and bed were exellent. The workout facility is very nice. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing. But be prepared to pay for bottled water in the room as well as internet. I've stayed at lesser hotels and there was no charge for bottled water or internet. If you are driving, be prepared to spend at least $6.75 a day for parking and up to $25.00 a day if you want in and out parking privleges.”

“Very nice place, right on the airport property. Clean, comfortable, nice facilities, obviously recently redone. But look out for parking fee and $9.95 daily internet connection charge. Stay off the airport property at the Embassy, Courtyard, Marriott, Four Points and you don't pay any of those fees. Even in the business center its $3 for 10 min of internet connection.”

“Hotel was excellent. We were a late arrival due to weather, but had problems getting in quickly. Staff was friendly and helpful. One issue was $11.00 parking charge (airport parking only lot available) which added to total cost.”

“First thing I noticed walking into the Hyatt was the significant layer of dust on the granite and marble rail down along the ramp into the lobby. Service was great, but breakfast buffet food was either poor quality or obviously had been used for days (fresh fruit) pineapple was dried out on edges from being out for so long. Potatoes tasted like shredded cardboard. Sausage was full of grease.”

• The only thing that I did not like about this hotel is that you had to pay to park.

“The Hyatt Hotel was everything that a traveler could hope for. It is perfectly clean, safe, with a very friendly staff. My daughter's enjoyed the pool, and other amenities. Thank you!”

• Cleanliness.
• Staff wasn't cooperative nor helpful, Parking was totally inconvenient for anyone traveling for anything other than business.

“My stay at this hotel was disappointing to say the least. The parking facility was set up for business travelers only. We parked in a lot that was on the other side of the building from the front exit and elevators. We had to carry all of our luggage throughout the hotel to get it to our room. Then we had to pay every time we left the hotel as there were no other parking options. The hotel staff was totally uncooperative and stated that I had to contact the company that handles the parking lot. All I needed and expected was a shuttle ride to the gas station about a mile away with the Hyatt van that was parked and unused at the time. No common courtesy was present during a situation that was already frustrating.”

• Excellent restaurant, very accomodating staff, perfect access to airport.
• Very pleased.

“After a cross country trip, getting from the airport was wonderful, with their moving walkway from airport to hotel & back for return trip. The staff was friendly, the food excellent, and in room dining always on time. We have recommended Priceline and the Hyatt Airport Hotel to many. I can't say enough good things about the service of Priceline and the Hyatt. Thank you, we'll always use you.”

“Was convenient to the airport when my flight was cancelled. Had no car so was limited in dining options. I was unable to obtain an table in the restaurant so I sat in the bar area. My dining choices were limited and I had an appetizer and a sandwich. My wakeup call was on time and the staff was very helpful.”

• It was absolutely beautiful, well-maintained and very comfortable.
• The front desk was understaffed. The attendant was rude, didn't even look at us.

“First impressions are the lasting ones. The hotel was beautiful. Not a lot of parking to unload our stuff. Front desk attendant was rude. Never looked at us, made us wait without even acknowledging our presence. I am a disabled traveler, and he made a comment about staying in the handicapped spot for more than the allowed 15 minutes when we asked it would be a problem if we were a few minutes late. He said that the state police monitor that lot and we weren't allowed more than fifteen minutes. He was the only dark spot at this very nice hotel.”

• If you're not using the airport the hotel is not conveniently located to Pittsburgh.

• It was beautiful and the rooms were very neat and clean.
• You have to park in long term parking and pay every time you leave. 11 dollars at the max.

“The hotel was excellent over all. I did not like the fact that you had to pay for parking every time you left the hotel. If you fly into Pittsburgh International Airport it is perfect but if you drive there and stay be prepared for an extra fee.”

• It was located close to the attraction we were attending. Also the staff was very helpful.
• Some what isolated, unless you are planning to fly.

“This overall was a great hotel. Very clean, comfortable, and staff was friendly. Although there is nothing around it but the airport. We were traveling to see a concert, however the staff was very helpful with directions to restaurants and to our concert.”

• Parking cost ($11.00 a day). No gift shop.

“This is the only hotel that is on the airport grounds. Very convenient if you don't have a car. Getting to the parking lot is an adventure. Cost of parking is not included in room fees. As with most hotels room service is stupid expensive with added fees.”

• The best part of this hotel is its convenient location to the airport.
• For a 3 star hotel it was surprising they did not have a complimentary business center.

“This hotel has an excellent location in regards to the airport. You basically walk out of the airport on a moving sidewalk and there you are at the hotel. The decor was reminiscent of most upscale hotels. The staff was friendly and the room had an elegant feel. For an upscale hotel, it was surprising to not have a complimentary business center.”

• Nice room, very cozy.
• No one advised us of the $25 per night parking fee!

“Be aware that parking is not included in the price. You can park at the hotel for $25 per night, or park in extended parking at the airport and walk there. It's not that bad of a walk, as you can come via the electric people mover, but drop off your luggage first. They were very rude when I asked why this added fee was not told to us when we checked the rate. Very rude. Nice hotel though and good location if you are traveling.”

“Excellent hotel, it was a quick stay but great room none the less. Great staff, I thought I left something in the room and called several times a few days later to ask them to check on it for me and they were very cordial and responsive; the lost and found replied even called me back after shift change. Turns out I found I what I was looking for, but to know they cared enough to check for me several times and were freindly during the process was refreshing.”

• Problem solved in a quick and friendly manner.
• At check in, staff wasn't ready to answer questions, wanted to move on to next person, no continental breakfast.

“The hotel itself was clean, attractive and inviting. We had a problem with the bedding, my friend is allergic to feathers and the hotel staff responded very quickly to remedy the problem. The check in staff wanted to move on and we had questions and I felt pushed away. Over all it was a convenient location, other staff was very helpful and prompt, the room was clean and very nice. I was disappointed that a hotel of this caliber did not offer at the least a continental breakfast.”
