• Great friendly staff. And clean hotel.
• Nothing.

“This place was great. The burt was awesome, got complimentary rides to Joes Crab Shack, and clean hotel. Breakfast was awesome, pool needs a good tile cleaning. Otherwise it was a perfect stay and a great place. K mart is on the hill in case you need something. The laundry on site.”

• Bed was
  comfortable but not great, it was quiet in the room.
• The pocket door to the bathroom did not have a front roller on it which made very hard to close.

• The lowest quality of sleeping mattresses of any hotel I ever stayed in.

“Relatively clean, at convenient location next to super K-Mart. Room was decent sized, with cable TV and refrigerator, but also with old and uncomfortable beds. Hotel has a convenient free wireless internet. Indoor pool was not in use (pump waiting for repair) so I cannot comment on it. Complementary breakfast was decent with very clean eating space.”

• I am handicap and the room was not close to the elevator.

• Loved the manager and his family. Convenient location.
• Hotel desk clerk was very rude, not friendly.

“The manager and his family were very kind. Their goal was to satisfy the customer. I just wished the lady desk clerk had been a little more friendly. I did not like returning to the hotel because of this. She made us feel uncomfortable. Lobby was very clean. Hotel maid was very friendly when I ask for a clean blanket. Blankets should definitely be washed after each guest!”

• Swimming pool and they allowed me to have my dog for a good price $25 one time fee.
• The bed! I am still trying to get the ache out of my hip.

“The beds need to be changed to maybe a sleep number bed. Was so uncomfortable. The room was small but adequate.”

• It fulfilled our need for a convenient stay close to the airport.
• The location was a bit confusing to get to.

“The hotel was clean, close to the airport and the beds were comfortable. Wake up call was available. We had to leave to early for breakfast, but a continental breakfast and shuttle to the airport is available. Bathroom setup was a bit weird, but overall it was well worth the money.”

• Wallpaper was falling off, carpet was torn, mildew in shower.

• Room was a bit smelly- shower door was broken.

“Pretty good- we paid 125 on a busy Thursday. I asked about rooms on Friday (more expensive). I would not pay more than 125$.”

• Cleanliness of the room / bedding.

“It may not be a great hotel but it is a great value for a convenient overnight to make the trip to and from the airport easier.”

• The location near the airport was nice.
• The hotel staff was very rude! Hotel shuttle was very impatient!

“The beds were hard. The staff was rude. After calling for an airport shuttle back to the hotel, they only waited a few moments for us, and then left. We called again and the never came back! We had to taxi back to the hotel to get or car. Also, they charged extra for parking. Very disappointing!”

• Usually we get a fridge and microwave this time we didn't.
