“This Courtyard is not on par with other Courtyards and the expectations that Marriott sets with their TV ads. Everything slightly dingy in the rooms. Apr 21, 2009 by
Dale from Severna Park,MD
“Got much more than we payed for.” Mar 31, 2009 by
Bill from Columbus,OH
“Great hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was clean. The breakfast area was clean and service was courteous and prompt.” Feb 17, 2009 by
Billi from Clarksburg,PA
“Hotel was fine, however, we called a few hours before arriving at the airport to be sure the shuttle would run that late (we were delayed and now had a midnight arrival). We were assured they would. When we got to the airport and called for our shuttle, we were told due to inclement weather, the shuttle was not running and we would have to call our own cab. I was disappointed the hotel did not offer to make other arrangements for us or at least, provide us with a recommended taxi/limo service. Waiting outside with 50 other people for cabs was not what I had imagined.” Jan 27, 2009 by
Gary from Merchantville,NJ
“Only good for a place to hand your hat and sleep. If you want to dine there, good luck as the restaurant is only open a few hours a day and briefly opens for breakfast, lunch and dinner, closed even between meals. It really made my stay poor as I have to drive to eat since I was working from the hotel much of the time.” Jan 2, 2009 by
Shell from Euclid,OH
“Overall, its a nice hotel. We stayed for five days, four nights. One of the days we came back to our room and there was no maid service. We called housekeeping, no answer. We called the front desk, they did not even apologize that we didn't have service. We were waiting 40 minutes for them to bring clean towels to us. Since they were slow that week, they did allow us to upgrade to a King room. We appreciated that.” Jan 1, 2009 by
Raymond from Easton,PA
“Have stayed here on a number of occasions, always a nice stay. Clean, comfortable rooms, nice staff and everything you could possibly need close by. You'd never guess you are so close to the airport.” Dec 29, 2008 by
Regina from Pittsburgh,PA
“Great hotel for short or long-term stays, located near the Pittsburgh International Airport.” Dec 5, 2008 by
Matthew Panas from San Francisco,CA
“Although located in a somewhat remote location, the value received and consistent experience that Courtyard Marriott delivers made this a hotel stay great. My room was clean and fresh, and the desk staff was very responsive.” Dec 1, 2008 by
Anne from St. Marys,PA
“This was a very nice hotel. The only problem was finding the location. Once I found it the first time, there were no problems. The staff was extremely helpful. The major route to and from the hotel was shutdown unexpectedly from midnight to noon and I had to get to down town Pittsburgh. They worked for 1/2 hour to help me with this problem.” Nov 26, 2008 by
Pam from Pittsburgh,PA
“Usually hotels offer some sort of breakfast with the stay. All this hotel offered was coffee. Also we probably won't stay again due to the fact it is a nonsmoking hotel.” Nov 24, 2008 by
Barry from Parkersburg,WV

Kathleen from Eugene,OR

“The room was large and comfortable but the ants and the bug in the bed definitely were a draw back, the staff was very understanding and acted quickly to move us but no compensation was offered for the inconvenience which if I should have requested but believe it should have been the hotel’s responsibility, was also disappointed that the breakfast was not complimentary as all other Marriott's I have stayed in have had that, cost for it was expensive as far as I was concerned.” Sep 12, 2008 by
Robert from Currie, NC
“I would highly recommend to anyone. Close to airport, shopping, dining and downtown Pittsburgh is 15-20 minutes away.” Sep 12, 2008 by
Sabrina from Niagara Falls, NY
“Good area, clean area and facility. Happy, helpful, friendly staff. Close, within reason, to many attractions.” Sep 11, 2008 by

“NA.” Sep 10, 2008 by
Dan from Pittsburgh, PA
“This is a very clean, comfortable, and friendly hotel! Everything is perfect. I personally prefer a softer bed, and this Marriott chain generally has hard beds. I think it is definitely a 3 star hotel though, but was quite happy.” Sep 8, 2008 by
Jeffrey from Hermitage, TN
“A nice smell and crisp, clean sheets are first to welcome a weary traveler. Its convenient to the airport with a computer hook-up and adequate lavatory. Great for doing one's business.” Sep 3, 2008 by

“I was not pleased with this hotel at all. When we arrived I noticed how minimalist it was decorated in the room we had. I went to the bathroom and there were hairs from someone's head and private area on the commode seat, which lead me to think of how clean the rest of the room was. My son fell in the pool area because there was water all over the floor. He wasn't running or anything. The people in the room next to us were from a foreign country and apparently with the people in the room on the other side of them. At around 10 they turned the TV on really loud, and started screaming at each other. They put the locks of their doors out so their doors wouldn't shut all the way so they could travel between the rooms. I called the front desk at 10:41 PM and asked them to call the room and ask them to lower the volume. They did for about 30 seconds. Then sometime around 12 their phone rang twice. Around 5 AM the TV came back on and the yelling again started. The locks were still placed to keep the doors from opening, which meant any time anyone came in or out the door slammed. Breakfast was not as good as would have been expected. Food was Luke warm and didn't realize that they cooked eggs to order until we were done. No waitress or staff to ask questions to. Lady at front desk was nice both at check in and check out but that is about it. When I checked out the lady said that this type of thing happens quite frequently because the foreigners come there to stay and use the free internet to do web video calls to their families overseas.” Aug 19, 2008 by
Valli from Lexington, KY
“We drove from Lexington, KY after work on Friday. What's usually a 6-hour drive took us around 7.5 hours because of a handful of road blocks en route to Pittsburg. We reached the hotel at around 2:30 AM. All we needed was just 7 hours of sleep, because we had to drive another 7 hours the next day too. The king bed was comfortable. At around 5:30 AM we woke to a loud annoying long beep sound. The first few beeps we ignored but since it continued, my husband called the front desk after half hour, she said there was some water leak or something & that the fire alarm went off. The alarm coupled with a few other amplified signals made it impossible to sleep for the next 4 hours. I guess it took them 4 hours to shut off a fire alarm. When we asked the hotel staff during check out, the next day, she just gave a cold answer saying that they couldn't do anything about it. To top it off, she said 'If you could hear the sound inside your room, imagine me. I was awake the whole night attending to this problem' - that's her job!” Aug 19, 2008 by
Marshall from Pasadena, TX
“I enjoyed my one night stay here before I flew out early on Sat morning and the shuttle ride only took 12 minutes.” Aug 9, 2008 by
Tom from Barberton, OH

Hagar from San Jose, CA
“Good, clean hotel and a bargain for the price.” Aug 7, 2008 by
Tamar from New York, NY
“This hotel lacks the structure, but not the details to make it an excellent hotel. The rooms are nice and well appointed, but the housekeeping did only a minimal clean-up job of the rooms between nights (the bed was made as if you left the house in a hurry), no replacement of items. The hotel also lacked the basic details to make it seem friendly. There was no cookie or piece of fruit to greet you on your arrival. The lobby offered cereal for breakfast (for sale) and an overpriced breakfast offering that was exactly the same as the free breakfasts offered at other hotels in the area.” Jul 31, 2008 by
Rich from South Charleston, WV
“In many stays here the hotel has always been consistently good. The rooms, poll and lobby area are always extremely clean and well maintained. The check in is convenient and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The courtyard is peaceful and attractive as well. Parking is ample and usually close to your room and the hotel is convenient to many restaurants, the Airport and the Robinson Town Center Mall.” Jul 30, 2008 by
Teresa from Clemmons, NC
“Nice place for overnight or extended stay. Clean non-smoking rooms, indoor pool and hot tub looked good (didn't get to use).” Jul 26, 2008 by
Mike from Steubenville, OH

Bill from Minerva, OH

Ricky from Monahans, TX
“If going to baseball game ask front desk for best advice, they are so nice and helpful! Best location for shopping and going to Pittsburgh. Hotel is right off major road and is very nice!” Jul 16, 2008 by
Dave from Fairport, NY
“Courteous professional staff, clean hotel, nicely landscaped, typical Marriott courtyard inn. Pool, hot tub and workout room. As with most Marriot courtyards breakfast cost extra, at this property it was $8 extra. When we went to use the pool there were no pool towels, I asked and they said they would bring more but they apparently got busy or forgot. Overall very pleased with our stay and would return.” Jul 9, 2008 by
George from Massillon, OH
“I love this hotel. This is the second time we've stayed here in two months.” Jul 9, 2008 by
Kathleen from Mcdonald, PA

R from Perrysburg, OH
“Clean hotel, friendly staff, comfortable bedding.”
