Good location.
Not cheap enough for the room type.

“It was only a few extra dollars a night for a Motel 8 that was closer to my work location and had MUCH nicer accommodations; however, they were full. This one had a bed and a locked door so it worked, I just think it should have been cheaper for the condition of the hotel and room.”

Dirty, rude employees, air conditioning and sink didn't work properly.

“This is an AWFUL hotel, stay away from it, its dirty, broken down, unsafe and has horrible people working there.”
