• Friendly staff, checked in early.
• Music from bar was pretty loud.

“The staff was friendly and allowed me to check in early. The room was very nice and clean for the price I paid. The music from the bar was loud but did not last long. It is hard to exit from hotel but not sure anything can be done about that.”

• Sparkling clean and a very friendly staff.
• Nothing objectionable.

“I was very pleased with this hotel. The icing on the cake was when I got to my room (a woman traveling with a teenage daughter) the front desk called to make sure I got to my room alright and that everything was satisfactory. The extra mile in customer service!”

• I liked the fact that the staff went out of there way to get us in early for check in. I need something and they brought it right to me.
• I wish they would have more towels in the room. That was the only thing that I can honestly say.

“My friend and myself shared a room that was very clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and warm. It was a very nice experience and I would stay there again if I ever needed to stay in that area again.”

• It was very close to Jupiter Florida.
• The pool closed at 10, but the security guard was extremely nice.

• Its location was convenient.
• Run down and not well maintained at all!

“This is a typical old style steel framed hotel and I would not recommend it to anyone for the money they charge or otherwise. I usually get a good room at 2 star hotels and I travel about 40 weeks out of the year, but not this time.”

• Staff was polite and efficient and quick to resolve problems.

“For the money, I was extremely impressed with this facility. It had a pleasant tiki lounge out by the pool and the pool was clean and refreshing. Rooms were clean and well equipped. I would come back here again!”

• Common areas were clean. Staff was friendly.
• Some guests were noisy. The cable channels were limited. Could not rent a fridge.

“Clean for the price. Easy access location and friendly staff. Free internet and free breakfast. Laundry on site and clean pool area, small workout room and even a self-serve espresso machine. Everything you need but in a smaller, and less frilly way.”

• I was in/out with no problems.
• The fact i could not get an actual receipt. They said it was billed through the internet.

“I was very disappointed the hotel check out staff said I could not have an actual receipt of my stay. I had to verify the charges by checking my internet site for my bank, which was over 24 hours after I checked out. The price was correct, but, the concept was flawed and could have been inaccurate.”

• They went all the way to help us with information and directions.
• I can not think of anything.

“The hotel was in a good location for us. We were going to a wedding and everything was located close by. It was easy to locate. The help was very nice and informed.”

• The pool and surrounding area looked very nice and clean.
• The room was clearly old, though attempts had been made to update it, it was still very mediocre.

• Convenient to my business needs.
• ¿Free¿ high-speed internet was not free.

“All in all, a decent stay, but the advertised free high-speed internet access required a credit card and billed by the minute; the on-site restaurant is closed for Sunday and Monday dinners (which I found out only by walking to the lobby to enter the restaurant). Also, the restaurant also features different live entertainment, and trying to get room service is virtually impossible as a result.”

• Good beds, A/C, shower.
• Noisy trucks in am, dumpster service at 5:30 am noisy.

“Better overall than I expected. Needs to find a way to have garbage service at sometime other than 5:30 am (loudly banging dumpster in parking lot). Dieseling trucks starting up in the early am also cost me some sleep. Clean, reasonably appointed motel, though.. Excellent for rating if noise can be addressed.”

• Can't think of a thing.
• Not a nice place. Lots of loud, drunk people, smelly room, no restaurant, poor staff, and bad area. Not a place to bring family with teenagers.

“We had to change our first room due to the smell. The restaurant was closed due to renovation. There was a loud disturbance during the night. I later heard that several had been arrested. Tried to upgrade to a larger, nicer room for the second night .Could not find the shopping.”

• When I could leave, the breakfast was edible
• Just about everything, bathroom was awful, location was loud and not safe

“I will not be going back to this hotel . The quality was awful. I was scared to bath my kids in the tub there. The door would not close all the way and I was up all night with people talking loud and walking around outside.”

• The manager was polite and assisted
• Carpet in room was filthy. Telephone never worked. Sheets were stained.

“The pool was clean and wonderful. The hotel was not a place I would visit again. It was more like a college dorm than a "Ramada" hotel. I would not recommend it.”

• Not enough parking, noisy, put me in a smoking room

“Not really the quality I was expecting especially from being a beach/resort town and a Ramada. Room was nice enough though very old and had a leaky bath. Major trouble parking and manuvering through the tiny parking lot that was jammed with old furiture just laying about. Was put in a smoking room without being told. But it was changed to a nonsmoking queen room when I notified them. Noon check out is very nice.”

• No housekeeping performed; wake-up calls misdirected: phone rang 3x between 1-2am

“It's the lousiest hotel I've stayed at in a while. The website does not indicate there are no indoor floors. Housekeeping never came. The entire place looks run down, old, not cared for. This is the second time I have been this unlucky with the Ramada chain. ”

• Swimming pool was nice with a bar.
• Musty smell in room. I think it was from a leaky airconditioner. Rug was all wet.

• had to switch rooms because lights were not working,a/c unit noisy

• room keys had to be recoded daily

“This is an older facility dating back probably to the 50's or 60's by style of it. Limited parking, access from highway was confusing. Rooms were clean, and staff very friendly.”

• The person who made waffles for us for breakfast was fun and very friendly
• The room was rundown

“I was not asked if I preferred smoking or nonsmoking and was just given a smoking room. We do not smoke. Luckily it didn't stink too badly. The room was in need of repairs. The toilet was loose, the shower was rusted and the tub had black stuff in it that looked like tar. I would not go back to this hotel.”

• The room was very clean, and the best hotel room I had on my entire trip through Florida.
• The check-in staff was generally "slow," and unorganized.

“The room was great. I stayed in higher priced hotels on my recent trip, and some of the rooms at the better hotels had that odor that was just annoying. The Ramada Inn in Stuart was different. As soon as I walked in the room, the first thing I noticed was that "clean" smell, without any odors. It was a pleasure to sleep in a clean room, and was very comfortable.The staff was a little slow as it took about 30 minutes to check in despite being the only one in the lobby. There was some confusion about the procedure, etc. I hope they get better trained staff in the future as I plan to stay here again.”
