• The hotel has a free cocktail time from 1730 to 1930.
• The gym was clean but could use a couple more weight machines.

“The Hotel was very accommodating. I came in from Argentina early in the morning and they let me come over early. By the time I had breakfast my room was ready. Since I had to fly out that night I was so grateful for the extra sleep I got.”

• There was no free internet or wireless internet service! And had to pay for parking!

“My stay at this hotel was good, the only issue I had was that I never stayed at a hotel where I had to pay for the parking! Also the newspaper was left at the door for a fee!”

“Hotel is very nice. All rooms face interior Courtyard that is covered. The suites are roomy. Breakfast staff friendly and cook eggs to order. Wi-Fi cost $9.99 24 hours.”

• Close to hotel but somewhat isolated.

“The decor is somewhat chintzy, but all rooms are quite large suites which were very nice. Good facilities (workout room, large pool area, garden like atrium). Restaurant was rather pricey with very average service. The full breakfast was excellent, make sure to go early as the lines get very long. Great value for families, and there were a lot of them. The hotel is somewhat isolated with not a lot immediately around it. Overall, a very nice place to stay if you have transportation.”

“The hotel is old but recently renovated. The rooms are comfortable but the floor and furniture in the living room area smelled like mold, wet cloths. The breakfast was good and enjoyed the open bar.”

• The breakfast was very good and the security was good.
• The sheets were found to be dirty or stained; this was notice to late to complain.

“Embassy is under renovation and therefore services and rooms not up to speed. Beware the hidden fees for parking and internet access. And be prepared to be insulted when going to complimentary breakfast instead of regulating the inflow, the hotel staff will approach you after going into the dining area and challenge you on your right to the breakfast.”

• Staff was great, guest's were well taken care of, made it an enjoyable stay.
• There was a ten dollar charge for guest parking, that we were not aware of.

“The staff was outstanding and granted several of my requests for room selection. The room was clean and well stocked, and the overall presentation of the facilities was very good. We will make it a point to stay at this location again when traveling Miami.”

• The snacks and open bar in the evening. The total suite was terrific.
• That breakfast started late, I had to leave for a flight before they started serving.

“Over the years I have used Embassy Suites hotels, this one was without a doubt the worst. How can one rest when the fire alarm (false) keeps going off. When the toilet in the room above us was flushed it sounded as if it was in our room. I hope this facility is an exception to Embassy Suites properties.”

“They will give you a room they can not sell a regular price or give you a smoking room, and have no qualms about doing so. Ensure when checking in you ask what kind of room you are getting. The hotel is good, nice location, they charge for internet access and parking, a free large selection breakfast bar with made to order omelets (nice), and the atrium is very cool.”

• The bed was so comfortable and the staff was so friendly.
• We had to take a smoking room and I have asthma.

“The hotel was very nice. I had a very romantic weekend with my wife and the hotel was perfect with the fountains and beautiful rooms. The location is a little difficult to find because you have to take side roads there. We drove around for twenty minutes trying to find a way there seeing the hotel the whole way just not able to get there.”

“Hotel is excellent access to airport with a free shuttle running about every 30 minutes. The hotel common areas are very nice and a full breakfast buffet was included in the price. We would recommend this hotel, for the price. The only downside to this hotel is that the rooms are rundown and the hotel staff is quite unfriendly.”

• Rooms were wet, damp and moldy.

“I would not stay at this location again because of the condition of the rooms. I had to change out of the first room because of mildew. The one they moved me to had mold on the shower ceiling, the shower/tube selector was broken and stuck on shower and a piece of the vanity mirror over the bath sink was missing part. If you have allergies this is not the place to stay.”

• It was beautiful, great atmosphere with atriums and birds and fish, loved the breakfast and bar perks.
• Food was left in the hallway for too long.

“We really enjoyed our stay. It had a nice atmosphere, with birds and fish in the atrium area of the lobby. Great breakfast buffet and cocktails between 5 and 7 pm with plenty of room for people to sit and enjoy the atrium and their food. The room was spectacular with the pillows lined up in a pretty nifty way along with a living room area and a pull out bed couch. There was also a refrigerator, sink, coffee maker, a little side closet with iron and board as well as a hair dryer in the bathroom for convenience. They also line the bathroom with towels and soaps as well as provide shampoo and conditioner and offer razor, toothbrush or shower cap downstairs if you forgot anything at home. They had a gift shop in the lobby and everything at your fingertips in a book in the room as well as a great cafe you can order to your room. As I said before and I will say again. We really enjoyed our stay, the place was beautiful inside and out.”

• That it was a suite property so the rooms are bigger.
• My actual room was terrible.

“The hotel is nice overall except for the room we got. The beds and linens were very nice but the rest of the room was gross. The carpeting was completely buckled up and torn, big dark stains on the floor, all of the wall paper in the bathroom was peeled with mold on the walls, and the room had a terrible moldy musty smell. The room size was nice and the beds and linens nice but the rest of the room and smell was about a 1 star hotel. I know all of the rooms could never be as bad as that one because Embassy Suites would pull their flag from that hotel. The rest of the common areas were great. We got in late and were just there for a quick overnight, if we were staying any length of time we would have asked for a new room. I wouldn't walk on the carpets without my shoes on. The AC didn't work correct. Definitely not what you would expect from an Embassy. Breakfast buffet was great and they moved people. Well for breakfast”

• I had bad experiences at this hotel due to construction noise.
• Noisy.

“This hotel was excellent till the construction noise woke me up early in the morning. I asked the staff to change my room they said they will not be doing construction next day (Sunday) I extended my stay. But same thing happened next day I went to the front desk where the person they attitude and definitely didn¿t know "hot to act with customer/guests". Will definitely not go back to that hotel and will tell the company not to make reservations there any longer. On the other hand the two front desk personnel that checked me in were very nice and friendly people.”
