- It was great.
- While taking a bath I could see dirt and cobwebs under the sink.
“This hotel was great, and I only would like to inform the housecleaning staff about the cobwebs and dirt that I could see while sitting in the bathtub. My prior occupations was productivity expert and work management professional, therefore I typically see things that the average individual does not, consequently I am forever trying to improve situations and facilities, wherever I am in the world.”

- Nice entry area. Beautiful pool area.
- Staff does not speak English well enough to answer simple questions.
“Standard sort of room with very comfortable beds and nice linens. Somewhat worn carpet. Staff tried to be friendly but did not speak English well enough to understand and respond to simple questions. No concierge.”

- The staff was very friendly. Great location. Very neat and I definitely will stay in this hotel again.
- I didn't like that I had to pay parking on top of my room fee.
“The hotel is in a very central location. Easily accessible to the airport, nice restaurants and it has a very friendly and courteous staff. The room was extremely comfortable, clean and spacious. I will recommend this hotel to anyone that goes to Miami on business or pleasure.”

- Fast responds & friendly at all areas of this hotel.
- Parking! They charge to park in their own lot. Why?
“No complaints on their staff, but their rooms good use some professional decorating ideas, they remind me a papa & mama motel spike up a little as in motel 6 deluxe, was not impress by the rooms at all. This is not what I expected from a Hilton, very disappointed, will not stay at this particular location again, it's over priced for what you get & the nerve to charge for parking is beyond me.”

- Had to pay $7.00/day for parking (hidden fee).
“Close to airport, very basic facilities. Was very hungry the night I checked in. Went to hotel restaurant, was seated by hostess, and then began to wait and wait. 15 minutes I sat as waiters walked pass me. Not even a hello. Couldn't even get a glass of water. After 20 minutes, I left without telling the hostess, drove my rental car 10 miles to a hamburger stand. Was offended by restaurant staff!”

- I liked the cleanliness of my room and we had a splendid view!
- The carpet in the halls was stained. We had to pay for parking.
“I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is centrally located and travel time to my other destinations was minimal. The view from my room was priceless! I rated it three-star upscale because I did expect it to be clean throughout. There may have been amenities that I was not made aware of too.”

- I can drop off my Hertz car and take the shuttle to the airport. Saving time.
- I believe there needs to be more attention to cleanliness.

- Long wait for food-hotel employee busted in the room twice.
“My stay at the hotel was interrupted twice by the house cleaning guest or hotel employee who knocked twice rapidly and before I could answer the door they just busted in the room. the first time I had just came out of my bath and was in a towel and the second time me and my wife were in bed watching television. after they opened it the second time they grabbed the do not disturb sign on the door and turned it around to the other side of the door. at the restaurant I ordered a sandwich and fries and had to wait a long wait (45 minutes) for the food.”

- Room furnishings/interior not quite as top notch hotels, shouldn't charge for parking there. There is plenty of space.

“Do not hesitate to book it! You won't regret it. It is Miami, it is going to be expensive, but if you know you way around in this city, like in my case, I found it very convenient. Be preparing to pay a toll if you are heading to downtown or the beaches. Excellent service, clean and organized.”

- They overbooked their rooms!
“We arrived at this hotel at 12:30 am after a late flight. Although our room was "guaranteed for late arrival" when we got there, the woman told us that they overbooked the hotel since a tour group wanted to stay longer! So we had to get back in the shuttle and she sent us to the Homewood hotel down the street. She said that the hotel was comparable, but it wasn't at all. Maybe a 2 1/2 star. There was no discount and no apology. Nothing. What kind of hotel overbooks? ”

- Had the water front view and it was awesome!!!!! It was very quiet and the front desk upgraded us for their mistake of putting us in a nonsmoking room.
- Had a long wait for the bus to pick us up from the airport. But we got out of there right away in the morning.
“Very nice place to stay. Everyone we encountered spoke English and from what I read in previews of other hotels that wasn't the case. The room was big and very in order. The room service people was very kind and in all the staff was GREAT!!!!”

- The staff at this hotel was exceptional. Very nice and friendly and welcoming.
- Was not particularly happy about the $7 parking fee to park my car in their lot overnight. Their parking lot was huge and had many empty spaces..
“I truly enjoyed staying at this property . The lobby, the restaurant, the rooms, and the outdoor areas I used were all very clean and comfortable. The employees were all so friendly and very pleasant. I would like to go back there and spend more time someday! I didn't care for the fee to park my car there overnight though, I guess that came as a surprise, but everything else was perfect!”

“The hotel shuttle took an hour to pick us up from the airport sidewalk. The room I selected was changed to one with two double beds. I was then moved to 5 floors down to a handicap room. The price of the food is outrageous and there is nothing close to remedy that problem. They have a difficult time with speaking English. If you want a friendly welcoming place, this is not. I scheduled a shuttle to our ship and it was "not recorded" To his credit the man on the dayshift took care of it for us. He was the only redeeming aspect of the entire experience! It was my wife's 40th birthday celebration and I am totally disgusted and can not get it back.”

- Thin walls! Noisy.
“This is NOT a four star hotel! It's getting old and needs a major refurbishment Broken handle on bathroom door, low water pressure in shower, toilet did not flush most of the time. ”

- Hotel staff did nothing to deal with rowdy guests in the middle of the night.

- It needs sodas, drinks in the store next to the bar.
