• Nothing, noisy, dirty and rude staff.
• Mold, promises broken and rude
  staff.

“Would never stay there again, mold in bathroom, staff was rude, TV set with a buzz never fixed, bad stay hotel design with center bar and lobby, all noisy through room doors all night--screaming and yelling bad stay.”

• The front desk staff is knowledgeable about the area and always has an excellent map to get you there.
• Room service seemed hurried, annoyed, and the order was not right.

“This is our third stay at this hotel. The staff is always friendly and helpful with everything we need. My only disappointment this time was with room service. They seemed hurried and annoyed on the phone. Although, I did have to call twice to get an answer. So, they probably were busy. Part of our order was wrong, but we ate what came as we were hungry, it was 9:30pm and it wasn't anything we didn't like.”

• The hotel was very clean and we liked the location how it was not right on a busy thoroughfare.
• The swimming pool was closed for renovations which wasn't a huge deal but the kids were bummed.

“We had a great time at this hotel and it worked well for us as we went to the Orange Bowl and the travel time and traffic was not bad at all.”

• Convenient location to coral springs sports pled.
• They were paving the parking lot for all 4 days and kept redirecting us around the tar and our cars had to be parked very far away.

“We were told not to worry when we checked in and then we still had to call about getting our room cleaned and re-check in at the desk for the days that were added. After the maid obviously skipped our room, we asked her if she had our room listed to clean and she curtly replied yes with a look of "what's your problem". That was 3:00 in the afternoon. The team members that made their reservations direct did not deal with these problems. ”

• Bathroom plumbing was defective. Fire alarm went off 2 times are hotel.

“Great for business travelers or people familiar with the coral springs area. There is no spa for pampering or game room for the kids, but the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and clean.”

• Golf view, atrium, weekend breakfast buffet.
• Iron was old and broke - enter button didn't work on the air conditioner.

“Right off the saw grass expressway in coral springs. Short 20-25 minute drive to ft. Lauderdale beaches and ft. Lauderdale stadium for oriole spring training games. Beautiful atrium hotel with very open hotel lobby. Glass elevators take you to your room over looking the hotel atrium. Ask for a golf view for a breathtaking view to wake up to. Weekend breakfast buffet is well worth the $12 per, includes coffee, orange juice and made to order omelet, pancakes, etc. On top of all the buffet fixings. Enjoy the long ride to the hotel along the tall palm trees once inside heron bay golf and convention center. Publics, Wal-Mart and restaurants all nearby. Publics and the strip plaza are on connected inside streets from the hotel.”

• Nasty look from hotel clerk.

“This is a clean hotel with a beautiful pool set on a great golf course near a highway. The room and service were excellent...only problem was a false fire alarm which twice sent us to the streets during the AM hours!! My daughter got several compliments on her pjs.”

“A bit of a drive from ft laud. But worth every minute to look out onto lakes and golf course from your balcony. Awesome staff can't do enough for you and really great food! That was a real plus, lots of restaurants, publics, movies close by. Will stay anytime I have a chance.”

• We had a little noise with a party downstairs but it was over by 11:30p.

• It was very clean and modern. We travel often to this area and this was the first hotel we have found we like, Would stay again. Food was also good.
• Wanted to stay an extra night and where told o.k. but next day had to register again and had to pay a higher rate.

“This hotel is the best by far in this area. It has everything we need. Very clean, modern room. Good food in house and nearby. Looks like a very nice golf course. Family enjoyed the pool.”

• This is our second stay at this exceptional hotel.
• Only the outdoor dinning was not available and that did not concern us.

“We will stay at this hotel whenever in the area. The rooms are spacious and the bed is extremely comfortable. The staff called ahead for reservations to a local restaurant and was always eager to please. Great for business or leisure.”

• Large clean room, comfortable bed.
• Late night noise by patrons coming from bar area in open atrium in center of hotel, some rooms face the open atrium.

“We needed to wake up at 3:30AM, people at the bar until after 1AM made a lot of noise. The staff did not take an active interest in keeping the noise level down. The noise, loud talk and laughter carries inside to the upper levels. I would recommend requesting a quiet side of the hotel, if there is one.”

• Beautiful location, newly renovated, loved the decor.
• Some days, room not cleaned until late afternoon, even after requests made to hotel staff.

“Overall, I was very pleased with this hotel and I would stay here again. We enjoyed the pool, the exercise room and our tiny balcony overlooking the pool and the golf course. Can't wait to see how the renovations on the lobby bar turn out. The location was convenient to major roads, Public and Starbucks very close by. It seems to be geared to the business traveler, but my family enjoyed the hotel. My husband like the proximity of the TPA course, played there twice. I liked the new decor, very pleased.”

• It was quiet, close to the interstate and was very comfortable and safe.
• It was a little far to Ft Lauderdale Convention center.

“I like it. Although it was far from the convention center it was close to Saw grass Mill Mall and in a very quiet and safe location it also was family friendly with a Grocery store near and the hotel had a really nice pool. Downside you have to pay to use the internet and the pool closes at sundown.”

“Hotel a bit off the beaten path, but worth the extra drive. The lobby is quite lovely with lots of foliage and water features. Rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and nice view of golf course. Hotel has overall feel of a high quality facility.”

“It's a beautiful new Marriott in the 'Heron Bay' Club area at the end of Coral Springs not far from Saw grass Exwy but far enough to be quiet. The Hotel was built in an atrium style, the rooms are very tasty furniture and the pool area is also very enjoyable. Right by the hotel is a shopping place with publics, dunkin donuts also. - Overall very nice”

• Beautiful property! Good for golf!
• Its location is not good for anything but golf.

“The rooms are a bit larger than average and well appointed. Larger suites are available and a great concierge level with continental breakfast and evening munchies. Nice size television, great lobby/atrium/restaurant areas. This place is great for golf and very easy on the eyes! Bathrooms were man made marble showers with Water Pik showerheads, large counter space, very clean with coffee maker. This is a nice property, but fairly far from the action of the coast. Coral Springs is a nice area with many restaurants (mostly the chains are represented). Great outdoor pool and hot tub. Small but servicable exercise area with unisex dry sauna.”
