• Given a free, unexpected upgrade on arrival. Pool facilities and complimentary breakfast good.
• Lobby area unattractive. Hyatt sign not easily seen from road; no indicators.

• Exceptionally clean. Possibly new. Well decorated. Great price.

“This was over the top for two people. Living room with flat screen TV. Two bedrooms each with TV. King size bed. Two full size bathrooms. Full kitchen. Provision for you to select groceries detailed to a particular menu that you desired to cook. Excellent, professional staff. Shuttle service to airport was well scheduled. Although you could do your own the hotel offered full breakfast with Starbucks coffee.”

• Very clean, great rooms, free breakfast and social hour.

“The hotel is very close to the International Airport in Miami. It has a free shuttle service, which should operate every half hour, but I recommend
calling first the hotel and asking for the shuttle. I have the feeling that they only send a shuttle, when they get a call. The staff is very friendly. We were surprised about the great rooms with full kitchen. Pool and BBQ areas are great, too. Fitness room has six cardio devices, weights and a fitness tower. Wireless internet is free and you can use the computers and printer in the business room for free. This was really the best hotel I stayed in Miami. I recommend it for everyone.”

• Pool & patio area were very nice.
• Driveway was a little confusing to locate.

“Hotel was more than what we were expecting. We were looking for a place to sleep overnight in between cruises. Very comfortable & very customer friendly. Also a great location. Fast food restaurants, gas stations, grocery store, liquor store, & drug store within walking distance. If going back to Miami will definitely look into staying at the hotel again.”

• The suite was equipped with everything. The bed was comfortable.

“This hotel is convenient to Miami International. Though they have a shuttle, it did not pick us up and we waited a long time. The hotel reimbursed us for the taxi fare. The shuttle in the morning worked out very well. The room was spacious, clean and very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel especially for an extended stay as there is a full kitchen and free internet. Breakfast is included and there are snacks available at the desk. The employees were very nice too.”

• Two bedrooms and each had a king bed and TV.
• The entrance was a little tricky to find.

“I would happily stay here again. We had a 2 bedroom suite with a living room and full kitchen and 2 baths. Each Bedroom had a TV and the living room had quite a big TV. We didn't eat here but the breakfast buffet looked great.”

• The van does not come unless you call, I was not informed and waited over an hour before I called the hotel.

“This hotel was so clean, the suites were absolutely wonderful and the staff was exceptional. The transfer from airport to hotel was within 15 minutes after we called. The hotel had an affordable transfer to the port of Miami for us. We were treated very well.”

“This hotel exceeded expectations. We were given a large suite for a small price paid. The suite was well equipped with toiletries and 2 bathrooms for 2 travelers. Complimentary buffet breakfast was provided in the morning, and the staff was very friendly. Would absolutely stay at this facility again.”

• The nicest room I have ever stayed in. It was a large, modern and clean suite with a very comfortable bed. Excellent social hour and breakfast inc.
• I liked everything.

“It was located in a lovely, safe section of Miami. The suite was clean, large and comfortable with good lighting and flat-screen TV. We especially enjoyed the 5:30 p.m. social hour which served a variety of foods enough to satisfy for dinner. The breakfast was also above average. We enjoyed a very nice pool area with Jacuzzi. Staff was friendly and helpful. This was probably the nicest hotel I have stayed in and would recommend it highly.”

• The hot breakfast, on-site facilities, and airport shuttle were nice.
• At night, frequent airplane noises can be heard.

“I enjoyed my stay at this hotel as a business traveler. The suite was neat and well-furnished. Low but frequent airplane noises could be potentially bothersome to some, but I was too exhausted at the end of the day to be bothered by them. Very nice staff, and good amenities.”

• Clean, friendly, pool was warm, clean, and fantastic for night swimming.
• You cannot get double bed rooms.

• It was set up like a condo, a full kitchen with dishes and a separate one bedroom.
• Not about the hotel, but that there was no restaurants in the nearby vicinity.

“This is an excellent hotel for any traveler. It has a full equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom. It was decorated very up-to-date. The LCD TV was great, which swiveled so you could see it from every angle. The king bed was very comfortable with any kind of pillow that you would want. I definitely would stay here again.”

“The front desk receptionist arranged a cab to take me and my wife to the Port of Miami next morning. It turned out to be a shuttle van crammed with at least 10 other people. Since the fare is the same for both the shuttle and cab, I would very much prefer a cab.”

• The hotel is short staffed; the van to the airport did not start until 6am.

“They need to provide van service earlier than 6am. I needed one at 5am and had to get a cab. Both times I stayed there; one person was working the desk.”

• Hard to get shuttle from airport to hotel due to reception at hotel giving me a phone number that asked me to leave a message.

“Everything was fine==except for the long wait and numerous phone calls to try to reach the hotel for a shuttle ride. We checked in and then went to return our rental car and the reception had given me a card with number to call when we returned to the airport and were ready to come back to the hotel. The person's name on the card had a message telling me she was out of the office for several days and asked me to leave a message. We finally flagged down a softie bus and they cheerfully dropped us off in front of your hotel.”

• Complimentary breakfast was quite good and evening reception was better when they served wine and beer.
• Our flight was delayed and we could not get the shuttle to the hotel. Also pool was cold the entire time.

“This hotel is convenient to the airport and is very clean. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the evening reception was okay - it was better when they served wine and beer. Although they advertise a heated pool, it wasn't heated last year and they said it was due to the hurricane. There were no hurricanes this year and the pool still was not heated. That was a big disappointment to the kids. I wish the hotel's shuttle would take into account flight delays.”

• The staff were very helpful and friendly. Everyone, from the desk clerks to the shuttle driver, made sure we had everything we needed.
• The hotel shuttle ended at 10:00 pm, so we took a taxi and the driver was scary.

“Excellent staff, nice clean, big rooms. Great location for quick access to the airport, yet close to the beach and shopping.”
