• We arrived early and they went out of their way to accommodate us.
• They were in the middle of remodeling. Also no elevator to 2nd floor.

“First of all there was absolutely no valet service, had to carry heavy bags down one flight of stairs - no elevator. Place was under remodeling construction and that was okay except public areas not finished. It was really not convenient for myself and my sister, both seniors.”

• Good wireless internet access.
• The entire hotel reeked of cigarette smoke. I was in a non smoking room and my clothing smelled after returning home.

“This hotel is a very poor value. The smell of cigarettes is overwhelming, even in the non smoking rooms. The bathroom facilities are sub par and there are no amenities to speak of. The wireless internet was the only plus. My stay was a less than one star experience.”

• Location and they were able to give us an early room.
• Very poor continental breakfast, no seating space.

“This hotel is overpriced for what it offers, and only can get the price due to the lack of hotels. It is fairly worn out.”
